Guild Wars 2

with every new update i find myself less eager to play this game, echoes was such a step forward in the right direction, then come this update, the same kittenty bosses that plagued the rest of LS season 2 comes back, uninteresting quests and now this.

i feel like a lab rat with Anet experimenting on me to see how much they can get away with it before i give up.

So, this is a paper i found in the yellow fort (amber sand?)
i looked through the internet and didn’t found anything about a new kryta except for the language.

Is this relevant? does anyone know what it means?

I got super bummed out when i discovered that the female phalanx armor have nothing to do with the male one, i really like bulky armor in woman characters and is very difficult to find them in GW2.

I can’t make a old male character because the voice is too young it gets very weird in cut-scenes.

I get depressed every time i see the gold to gems exchange rate, and i think this is what will make me quit the game.

I still didn’t forgave Anet for putting hair-styles behind a pay wall.

I want to see Cantha and a sakkat as a cloth/leather headgear skin (but i know they will just put into the cash shop instead of letting us getting it in some dungeon or such).

I don’t revive people that die to [Righteous Indignation] champs.

I want more content like mad king labyrinth because that a fun zerg full of enemies, reminds me of the old days of Ragnarok Online.

had the same problem, also saw 2 of them on ground near the quest target.

it’s like the are walking on a invisible shield up in the sky.

i don’t know if this is something really relevant, but right now in the EU tournament stream, Joshua Davis had this loading picture behind him, and it seems Cantha-esque.

i looked through all loading screens from guild wars 2 and this one wasn’t there.
dunno if this is from GW1 though.

in this picture the Chroma key is hiding it, but the picture actually have the GW2 logo at the lower left part of it.

let’s hope we see Cantha in GW2 soon.

if i understand correctly, this whole thing is a “endless dungeon” in which some special enemies gives you a bad kitten debuff, so you need to get new items that counter this, to get deeper into the dungeon.

prolly, the deeper you are, the better chance to get exotics and legendary equips…

so this entire new tier, is in fact just a endless dungeon gimmick to keep you invested (at least, the ppl that want to go absurdly deep on it)

i think, and i only think (can’t be sure of anything, of course) that the blog post was extremely stupid, to talk about a “new tier” and not say anything about the dungeon itself…

kitten, i decided on this game and not WoW because it don’t have a subscription but we have less support than a F2P game!!

if it works, please share the link with me, cuz the torrent i found don’t have a lot of seeds and is download VERY slowly…

and there is no mention of error 2 on the support page too -_-

god, how can someone make a mmo structure so bad like this? never brought any game that don’t even let me download it!

i am having the same problem, i got the log from the arena.net launcher.

i downloaded it in different settings (no firewall, no anti-virus, no unecessary processes, etc.) but the launcher aways download the entire 15gb file and say the download failed… it can’t be the download got corrupted 7 times!
