Finished both Worlds. World 2 is so fricking awesome. Keep it coming and never ever take it off. One word can describe it. “Genius”.
Hi!
There are probably lots of other pet posts around. But here is mine anyway.
Pets do feel cheap to be fair. Why is it just an ON/OFF switch? When you turn on and off a pet it should be some kind of cool animation and not “bam” and its gone or replaced by another pet. It could be an transformation animation effect. Nothing uber fancy just a bit more than its now. Example: You change from a Moa to a Drake and you will see the transformation quickly take place. (Simply Animated – nothing hollywood like)
And on another note pets should also not be so suicidal. They either stay with you (avoid combat) or attack until they are dead. Why not add some AI to them? If they are dying get back to master to heal a bit or maybe seek healing around the battlefield if there are any. It may be advanced what I suggest but I gotta say people. The way it is now its cheap and very poorly implemented.
Oh and what up with the stow pet feature? If you stow it why does it come back once you are attacked or attack something? :S
The teleporting pet is another issue I feel is cheap. Let the pet return to you using pathfinding. The pets pathfinding is very bad and when you implement teleporting to solve a problem. Well! Enough said really!
I am hoping for some contructive inputs here.
There is no point having anything but full MF gear. Who would like to play with less chance of having good items drop. Remove it yeah!
That is my point. What is the point adding stuff to the game if only the big guilds can actually use it. This concern goes for alot more than guild missions by the way. It seems most features have no small guild support. Think the future features through and keep small guilds in mind too.
Hi!
I am a leader of a small guild with 20ish members on desolation server. I have a few issues I would like to address. When the new guild missions was added we were very happy. Atlast some stuff to do together as a guild. Something other than dungeons. Here is the problem. Influence points! It is going to take a looooooooong time for my guild or any other small guilds out there to actually play these things. It is just another neverending grind. Where is the small guild support?
What I suggest is using a feature that is already somewhat implemented into the game. “Big guild” licenses!
Why not having different levels of influence requirements for unlocking items like guild missions and link the requirements to what guild size license your guild got?
Small Guild “mission unlock” = 10000 influence and level 5 instead of level 6
Big Guild “mission unlock” = 20000 like it is now.
So what I suggest is lowering the influence points for a small guild to half of what it is today. Big guild license is needed at 100 members right??? So anything less should be small guild? Or maybe under 25 is small and 25-100 is medium.
An alternate solution would be adding many more ways of generating influence or even rewarding with bigger amount of influence points.
I do not mean this as a moan or anything. It is just a concern I got about the lack of small guild support. I am afraid it is no point having guilds unless you have many many members and generate alot of influence. Everything just takes sooo long otherwise. And group play should in my eyes be supported.
Hope you understand what I mean here.
Yours Sincerly
Marius
