Nice ideas. What do you think if we remove all traps for introduce a trap kit with 5 trap skill? introduce some kits could give more mechanics in our class.
Finally the score is what it should have been since the beginning. And i think is better like that even if i was happy to win. This shows the total imbalance in this matchup.

good update but again a nerf. Ranger aren’t OP with QZ expecially when we dont play zerg. We really dont need this nerf…
Again no up with our condition damage or condition duration or flan bleed with shortbow… i cant put 20 stack bleed like a warrior or necro, i can up to 15 BUT with the pet. i try to combine seal of earth and the traits 2 of Skirmishing but its just useless i cant up to 20 stack. we need a up for our traps and condition duration.

i agree with your idea.
The problem isn’t that we need traits for benifice of this capacity but the problem its that we need 20 power traits. I havent’t a berseker build, i prefer play survey with condition damage, but i need pierce arrow and put 20 in power just give me this capicity, my damage aren’t better, for 20 traits point, with my build its better to put that in vitality or pet traits.
I want to say an other question about ranger, its the bleed on the base attack of shortbow, many time we cant be in flan or back of the ennemies because of an aggro, bad position of boss, aoe hide our view etc… With my condition damage build i cant put my bleed correctly many time because of this reason and my efficacity in the team is lower, and that without pierce arrow. If some player can give their opinion about the bleed will be good^^
Good petition but that will be good if Anet can give us his opinion about that in this forum.

I don’t know what other player that play ranger think about a condition damage build with the short bow. We need to be at the flan or back of the ennemies, with this build if we cant put our bleed our dmg are pretty useless. Im ok that requires always in movement and i do that but many time when we are focus or the boss have a bad position we cant put our stacks of bleed and just hit 350 critical damage, and with +1000 hour play with my ranger i can said im very focus in instances and cant put my bleed correctly. And play with a critical damage build isnt intersting for me, i play precision thoughness and condition damage.
so for my suggestions for 2013 :
- If Anet can meditate about short bow bleed, or give us a good reason for not permit us to inflict 1 stack of bleed in front of the ennemies, because i dont think this will be more op that other classes….
- Like all IA pet but is an other things and require more works.
- Some utility skill arent usefull. And need 30 power traits to benefit of active signet, i protest again for that. Same for perfored arrows, i just put 20 traits in power for that, i really prefer put them in beastmastery or nature magic, but perfored arrows is very usefull and put 20 in power dont give me more damage so its frustrating to wast 20 traits points just for that…

I’m not here for cry about the drop rate of corrupted lodestones, i just want some informations from devs.
2 week ago the farm spot of corrupted lodestones are exploit by many bots and after many report from us bots are finnally gone, but with that a big nerf of corrupted lodestones drop rate.
So my question is why TRUE players that devote many hours for this farm have to pay the price of this overexploit by bots?
I know what i say because 2 week ago i have drop 50 corrupted lodestones with 30h farming MINIMUM for my gift of ice. And when bots are finnally gone i have drops just 10 lodestones for 20-30h farming in 1 week. At this point the nerf is clearly visible and i simply dont understand that, most of the time i just drop 1 lodestones for 3-4h farming, and i think isn’t normal…
Dont talk me about MF because i am full stuff MF with approximately 150% MF.
If players are in the same case of me pls answer this post but dont cry about that.
Thanks if i can have a clearly answer from a dev.

Still nothing about rangers… But for announce their reduction on the Black Lion Trading Company they don’t lose time…
I have a main ranger and generally in pve the ranger is fine.
In PvP im ok he need some patch and many of you have propose suggests bad and fine but he is not so bad, he need skills and he can be Op fast with no reflected up !!
But i think we see the real difference with the ranger in lvl 20+ fractals. Im lvl 23 and i have reroll with my guardian to lvl 1 fractal because im just useless, no dmg. my damage was bad because i play toughness, vitality and healing traits for my bad survey in ranger, so i take the condition damage for dps with my bleed.
So i have just some questions for Anet.
- Why we must be to flan for inflige our bleed? WE have no dmg with short bow, we cant place always to flan of the boss or mob because skill effect always hind and mobs simply move so always we must move for find the good side of the mob that just boring srsly. i dont know all of classes but necro and thiefs can do many stack of bleed just easy. So for thieves fufu, big stacks of bleed, high dmg, more? And i wantnt play longbow is just a boring waepon, just skills 2 or 5 are fine. Isn’t like if we can do permanent 25 stack of bleed…………………
Why we must have 2 power traits for perfored arrows and 3 power traits for benefice the effects of signets? As in my case i want play toughness and pets traits so i have just my stupid dmg, and with 3 traits in pet he die fast in fractals high lvl. This buffs should be available on base skill on ranger, other clase can touch several mob in same time without traits. So with that at lvl 20 fractal simple mob have so much life and me im here with my aoe long bow and my short bow to kill ennemy 1 on 1, after i have touch 2 ennemy my group have killed all, great im so useful.
Srsly have you see our f1 f2 f3 f4? Just for the pet and just the f2 can help, other are useful ok but its just for manage pet just that, i think the pet must follow us without this bad f3. f1 is ok but why use the f1 skill just for say attack at the pet srsly. thats 3 skill we cant use relative with oter classes.
I play with 2 or 3 in pet traits. i dont use a healing stuff but with 3 traits in pet signets of the wild is just useless no more survey with that, that can save you 2-3 times buts no more, i dont talking about the active signet, just useless. and signets of the huner useless too, more? signet of the renewal its only the signet useful. Signet of stone not so useful but can be with 3 traits in power -_- srsly for benefice of this signet survey we must have 3 traits in power, for survey!!!
Its so long to share all of my things in the ranger. The traits are so poorly constructed, when you see many traits must be available on base skill in ranger…
Like you see im not english and im bad but my post can be understand this is what is important.
I dont cry about the ranger but Anet, just play a ranger in lvl 20+ fractal and give me a way to be useful and i will agree with this classe.
So im so disappointed of ranger Anet investment.
