Does the daily “Course Load” count towards the achievement “Major in Achievement” @World 2? I’m currently at 12 / 13 and planned on finishing it with that achievement.

Also, does SAB last throughout April, or when does it end? E.g. if SAB lasts to 30.4 or when.

Hey, I’m fairly new to playing Guardian. I’ve one that I’ve leveled up through playing Edge of the Mist, but that’s all.

I currently have gear providing me with bonus Vitality, Toughness and Power. As a heavy armored Guardian, should I keep that gear up? I see a lot of meta berserker nowadays which would suggest me to roll with Power, Precision and Ferocity. Some also state that the new meta is condition damage based, so I should go with Power, Precison and Condition Damage.

What I’m doing is mostly running Dungeons or playing some World vs World (Edge of the Mist) with my Guardian. I’m planning on buying some ascended “Accessories” aswell as some definite exotic piece of gear. For a newbie Guardian, what stats would you recommend me the most and why?

You’ve been really helpful, thanks. The last few times I’ve managed to reach up to 10 seconds every time.

I’ve got a question about using Smoke Sreen and Shortbow’s Cluster Bomb (2nd skill) to create invissibility. Cluter Bomb is a blast, so it will combo with Smoke Screen. Thing is, sometimes I make up to 10+ seconds of invissibility, other times I don’t get any invissibility at all or only a few seconds (3 sec). Do I do something wrong? What can I do to ensure 10+ seconds of invissibility?

I forgot to add that people might say: “Then don’t buy HoT”
But my main concerns here is that Areanet will arrange some events in the Maguma Jungle unexplorable to player who waited for a potential sale.

Example would be the Dragon Bash festival that provided the back item skin, holographic dragon wings. I myself were lucky enough to get these, but there are times I’m a little disappointed I didn’t play to achieve titles such as ‘Emissasy of the Mad King’ or ‘Disciplied in applied Jumping’ or ‘Volunteer’.

I had the game at the time, but I wasn’t currently playing or I was too new a player to understand what to do. But what if these things will be arranged in HoT? If they’re, people who didn’t participate won’t be able to partake of that.

I must question a few things in the Heart of Thorns expansion.

1. Back in 2012 I prepurchased Gw 2 deluxe edition for 75€ and that includes the core game. Why would new people buying Heart of Thorns be given the core game, that others paid at least 50€ for, for free? While this is a bonus to new players, it does not benefit already existing people in any way.

2. The content is way too plain. While I might be given a new class to play, a new world vs world feature, a new area to discover (Maguma Jungle), the mastery of classes and the gliding item to fly from tree to tree it’s way too plain for 50€.

I paid 50€ for the core game and what I got was a continent. Each Gw 1 expansion provided a continent. Factions provided the orient looking area, Nightfall provided yet another continent and eye of the north played on the same map as Prophesies did, but in other regions.

From my understanding HoT is like eye of the north; Playing on the same map but in other regions. Difference however is that I don’t expect the Maguuma Jungle to be that huge that it can be considered ‘a lot of new regions to explore’

From an expansion I’d like you, Areanet, to remodel the Nightfall area into Gw 2 style or expand the current map with areas unexplorable in Gw 1. For example did people just before Columbus believe our world looked a specific way, until more areas (America in Columbus case) were explored. Our current Prophesies / Eye of the North map could be the same. Expand it in the way that people crossed seas or mountains to find ‘ancient civilizations’ or things like that. But ask the players in advance what kind of civilizations that could be given, instead of bringing in some nonsensical ones that makes everyone quit.

Was on the sale for x amount of gems. However, the Sickle is soulbounded, not account bounded. I once asked a Guild Member of mine and he said it’s possible to trade the soulbounded harvesting sickle for an account bounded one, is this true?

If it is, can you help me how to do it?

But this got fixed half a hour later, so it’s fine now.

I don’t know if it still bugs for other players tho.

No haha, seems like a missunderstanding, but a good idea tho. Sad it will never happen.

However, I meant the unlimited charges harvesting tools which are bought BY gems :p

They should be made accountbound and not soulbound xD

I’ve been thief all the way and I enjoy them.

There’s nothing wrong with their survavility, just evade attacks and make yourself in stealth. But as thief, the best defense is offense. So you should relay on crit damage, precission and power.

Make the gem harvesting tools account bound and not soul bound.

Having to buy it all (3 tools = 30€) for 5+ characters is way to expensive.
Imo 30€ for account bound is a suitable price and not soul bound -.-
It’s also an exclusive item coming just a few times. Please consider this!

To be honest I rarely notice what other werars. Mostly because I focus on the foes I’m attacking, my own hero and my skillbar. And sometimes when I manage to see it’s just short asuras that I can barely see what they wear.

But sometimes I can check a little and I’m “alright”. but I couldn’t really care less for what others wears as long as I’m satisfied wiht my own gear.

This is bugged for me, i can’t get the weeping cache.

I would like to know how many posts I’ve in the future (This is my secondary post). Aswell as when I registred later, to see who’s been around here for sometime, see who’re newcomers to welcome them, see hwo many forum posts one has to know how active they’re.
Avatars to make it look nicer around the forums (more colors, maybe 150×250 picles) and to be noticed under that avatar.
