I had the same issue with purchasing gems with my credit card and my first item went through ok but, did not receive the last few items and I didn’t have anything in my mail box for it not to come through. I reported it a couple of times since 9/2 and haven’t got any response.
A few days ago, I purchased some gems and my first transaction went through but, the dye pack and mystic stones I did not receive.
I already sent in a couple tickets on this and no one has got back to me on what is going on. So I am posting my complaint here hoping to get some answers. Even if it’s we are working on this issue or something.
