Sooooo in a recent conversaton for AR with my guildies, I noted that why would someone infuse a trinket if the AR is capping at 70 (according to gw2wiki), and that number can be achieved by throwing in +5 Versatile infusions on all gear (if you have full ascended).
Does the AR really cap at 70? If yes, why should someone infuse their trinkets to get additional AR when it really does absolutely nothing.

Thank you too. Can I ask, is Berserker build considered weak for PvE? (Mainly Fractals). Cause one of the guides was Berserker build and I think it was good enough.

Hi, I got back in GW2 after a VERY LONG break (about 5 or 6 months or so), and I got a lot of confusion over the build and traits of my Charr Warrior (lvl 80 for what that matters). Last I remember, I was going for Zerker build and I had I believe all of the Exotic equipment available (eg, the best before legendary equipment) but that was a long time ago so I guess changes been made.
What’s popular in Warrior builds these days? I know for one that traits are much different than I remember them so that gets me confused as well.
I always prefered the GS/Longbow as weapons.
Trying to get back in the game, but all thoses changes caught me off-guard. Any help would be appreciated. I basically need to know a good build for PvE (not bothering with PvP and WvW for now), best equipment etc.

EDIT: For what it matters, my current equipment is as follows:

Armor:

Exotic Draconic armor (all of them)

Weapons:

Molten Greatsword
Rampagers Soft Wood Longbow of the Geomance

Trinkets:

Ruby Orichalcum Earring
Opal Orichalcum Earring
Ruby Orichalcum Amulet
Ruby Orichalcum Ring
Berserker’s Ring

TL;DR: I haven’t play for 6 months and I need help over Warrior builds and traits that are trending right now

OK then, I’ll stick with my Exotic Berserker till the new patch, even though I believe that even if Anet nerf Berserker it will still be the top for DPS. Thanks for your answers.

P.S If somebody could clarify if for now before the patch, Zojja’s armor is the best in terms of berserker gear I would be very happy. It would end all my questions (and believe me they weren’t just a few when I started)

So hey, I’m trying to configure what the top armor is for my Warrior. I’m currently using Berserker’s Draconic Armor and I think that’s the top for exotic in terms of Power/Precision/Crit. Damage
So I was wandering, since Ascended gear is a step above Exotic, for my warrior (whom I’m playing with the pre-mentioned combination of stats), Zojja’s Ascended Armor Set should be the top I can get for now, right? In other words by crafting it I will be using THE TOP gear in terms of stats, right?
I know from my search that Exotic and Ascended gear has so little stat difference but even so I wanna have the best possible stats.
So until some Legendary armor pops up, Zojja’s Armor Set is the best there in terms of Power/Precision/Crit. Damage?
