Megaservers for GW2 is like trying to shove a square peg down a round hole.

GW1 had a server system — a rather good one actually. This game came out in 2005 and the server switching technology was simple and elegant. It outshines the GW2 megaserver in every way: every player could clearly see what districts were available for a given map, you could choose districts based on language preference, and it was almost never an issue to get to where you wanted to go.

It is also true that GW1 wasn’t really a true MMO in the classical sense — every single map outside of cities was instanced for a max party size of 8. Given the construction of that game, the server system made perfect sense.

With GW2, which very much follows the classic MMO model, and is supposed to be based around guilds, large player communities, and large groups of players interacting together, this megaserver business is completely illogical.

It is sort of like what someone else said once before about Edge of the Mists: there are no real teams or sides since you are just tossed in with a bunch of random people so no one cares who wins. This restructuring of the entire PvE server system threatens to have the exact same effect upon the rest of the game.

My assumption was that GW2 was supposed to be about large groups of players being able to play and interact together. Here, we have large groups of players: guilds, RPers, server communities, who want to interact and play together; who enjoy having their own identity within the game, but are finding their efforts hampered by megaservers. I am sure you can see the disconnect here.

Im sorry but have to put my voice in on this . When they announced that mega server was coming I was excited because the zones would be populated more. I love meeting new ppl and getting together helping each other out. But…….. This last week HAS BEEN A LIVING HELL!!!
1. freakin spam whispers from gold sellers ( was hit like 10 times in an hour block and report come on! Missing whispers from friends and guildies getting lost in the spam. )
2.Can’t shout for help in city for WvW because all servers are together so they know whats going on.
3. Guild missions ( omg shoot me now!) Bountys-We hunt them down before we start. We start it when most are found. Then we start it and ping wp in guild. then everyone in guild goes to the wp ( you can guess what happens then with this wonderful kitten mega server bs. ) it takes us 4 mins or longer to get everyone on same server. We have to add ppl to group and ferry ppl in give me a break so it dont get done in time. Im not going to get into the rest of the missions. its all the same
4. shouting in guild when a boss is up and pinging wp and everyone is on different maps not doing it together as a guild.

There is so much more but Im so tired that I just log out and cry. I have been playing guild wars since beta of guild wars 1 . You have ruined my GAME MODE!!! ( yea I stole that from one of the arena net devs who got involved a few months back with a gvg match going on in WvW lol sorry) I have enough stress in rl that I play this game to kill some monsters with some friends and relax and laugh not been going that way this week.
So Anet please fix this. I know you probley think we don’t deserve an answer from you since this is a free to play game but WE ALL DO!! We buy stuff from your Gem store. I know I have personaly bought at least 30 dollars avg a month that is more then a sub fee and people who pay sub fees get treated better then what you are doing to us now! I dont want to leave this game but I might have to if things dont change. I might be better off paying a sub fee and getting better treatment. sorry guys for rant been building up

Guild Alliances on Upcoming Patch

So I’m sure we will be able to pull something off to continue.

Whenever someone says something like “I’m sure it will SOMEHOW work out” I feel like throwing this game out of the window.

Let’s get something straight, this is a game not a real life. You can go only as far as doing something about your problem as the game allows you to because that is how it’s designed.

Now lets crack some numbers because I can see that without an example how it works from the commanders point of view, it is really hard for people to grasp how big of a problem is that.

You have 150 people on the teamspeak. Those are your guild mates. Period.
Map instance fits not more than 150 people in total. Period.
I’m assuming that you want to do the event WITH your guild mates/friends, like dungeons, not with bunch of randoms you don’t even know or can’t communicate because they do not speak English. Period.

Before patch: You can find an empty server and fit everyone. No problem, everyone is happy.

After patch: Maps will be always over-flooded because of the strict spawn times or you will need to spawn your own Tequatl. But since the developers didn’t consider multi-server guilds you don’t have the influence to do that. They will implement it, sure maybe at the end of 2014. No one will wait that long, people will loose interest/stop playing/forget about it/do something else. Hence, your guild is dead.

You ask some guild to spawn the Tequatl for you but they want to squeeze 20 people on the run. Period.
What will you do? tell 20 people from your guild “sorry guys, you can’t join”? Don’t be ridiculous.

Oh, but we are smart! lets split into 2 groups, one main, one overflow! we have enough people to do that! And now plot twist: who gave you the smallest idea that using consumable to spawn Tequatl on Main Server will automatically spawn it on every instance created afterwards? (not to mention splitting creates confusion, you might not have enough commanders and it obviously decreases your chances of success)

As far as I know, doing the pre-events on Main Server for Karka Queen for example doesn’t magically spawn the Karka Queen on all the overflows. You will have to do the pre-events again as using the consumable for Tequatl as I suspect.

That is why we raised our concerns in this topic. But seems like it is being ignored.. In my opinion the megaserver idea is awesome for solo players or small guilds but it isn’t well thought through what downsides it will bring to the other part of the community.

In general, why is it so hard to understand that people want to play with friends/guild mates together on the same map doing the same thing without trying to join the same overflow for half an hour because instance is full of randoms. If people would like to do that, they would leave their guilds, use LFG tool for dungeons and guest desolation to do megabosses with bunch of randoms. But they don’t, that is why communities like ours exist.

Marketing GW2

in Guild Wars 2 Discussion

Good morning fine GW2 fans and ArenaNET people (at least its morning where I am). I am groggily writing this as I recuperate after three long days at the Penny Arcade Expo in Boston. It was a great time! But onto the crux of the conversation I want to start.

Where the heck is GW2’s marketing department? Why are they not pushing this game outside of strictly GW2 markets? I’m talking about representing themselves at community events (PAXEast and other game conventions) and online outside of specifically GW2 communities (MMO Champion as an example).

At PAX I spend most of the convention just talking to people primarily because my wife works in the industry so I tend to support her at panels and doing some husband as forklift jobs while she’s doing interviews with devs and folks. I spoke to dozens of complete strangers about what games they play and what they thought of the MMO scene in general (given that really there is only Wildstar and Everquest NEXT in the AAA queue which is a little scary after years of having something new to look forward to). No one mentioned GW2 and when I brought it up the reaction I got from a lot of people was a shaked head followed by “Its sad that it failed”. When I explained that economically the game is actually doing quite well and has delivered content more regularly than any MMO I am aware of I was universally met with disbelief – the average MMO player seems to equate GW2 with SWOTOR and Warhammer Online (as games that have ceased to create content outside of things to buy… or simply ceased being).

I’ve gone to PAX for four years. Outside of the PAX prior to release, ArenaNET has never really been active at the convention and even then it was just on the panels, never with a booth. This year apparently Jon and Colin were onsite but they had a room completely separate from the convention (it was in the adjacent hotel) and it was for Press only.

GW2 is a great game. I’ve been playing MMO’s for over a decade and GW2 is the first that I really just fell in love with. I play everyday, I play PvE and WvW and ever so occasionally sPvP (although I have begun watching the tournament and those are really fun). There is so much content within the game! I honestly believe that even a modest booth with a game play demo would have resulting in hundreds of game sales. Heck, there was a THREE HOUR wait at the Microsoft Booth to play Killzone on the Xbox One. That game has been out for six months and I think it would be hard to argue that their level of content has increased even at a fractional level where GW2 has a year worth of bi-weekly updates and a movie that summarizes new content and changes!

Your forum community managers are superb. Your game and design are impeccable (not to say improvements can’t be made, but you tend to make them). But its time for ArenaNET or NCSoft to reach out to top notch professional marketing teams that can trot the product around (the less said about the live action GW2 commercial from just post launch the better).

Next year at PAXEast make sure you have a presence. Look at Bioware’s model, this year they didn’t have their booths and didn’t have high profile panels, but they did setup their own room in the convention hall and have trailers for their games past and present rolling, writers, devs, and community managers available to talk to fans and I think they are going to walk away with a lot of both awareness and good will.

If this weekend was any indication, the greater community seems to have forgotten that your game exists, do not let them. I’m writing this as someone who is VERY invested in your game, world, and future prosperity.

3. Spawning world bosses using consumables for guild merits/influence.
You guys made a game where people can join 5 guilds at the same time. So people join one for guild missions with friends, one for WvW raids, one for doing dungeons and, for example, TxS only to kill Tequatl and Wurm. We can’t even comprehend why you did such a thing since even players from 500 people guilds join TTS or TxS just so they can kill Tequatl/Wurm. Do you really think that giving people the ability to spawn those events will somehow magically change the way guilds work? The only thing that this will lead to is flaming and whining on the forums because guilds with 35 players are able to spawn Tequatl, but it’s too hard for them to kill it! Nerf it! Just like what happened with the Mad King jumping puzzle.

ArenaNet idea: Tequatl and Wurm might be fun events for casual guilds to try. Let’s make it so that they can, given the guilds are able to grind for merits and influence, queue their own world bosses!
In doing so, we will force our guild mission content on all the guilds that are not designed for guild missions at all. On top of that, offering double rewards for having to do guild missions not only in the guild that is meant for that, but also in a world boss guild just so they can unlock the content the guild is purposed for is obviously out of the question.

Question: Now you expect people to do guild missions in more than one guild? What for? Will they get twice as much commendations? Probably not. Will we be able to gather enough merits to spawn Tequatl twice and Wurm once a day? Everyday?
TxS guilds exists only to keep all the people together in one place because we all want to kill Tequatl and Wurm. We never wanted to do guild missions together, or any other guild activity for that matter, to be honest. Not to mention you allow players from different servers to join the same guild. How do you expect TxS or TTS to gather influence and merits for those “consumables” if each server carries its own influence?
You can’t just force those ways on every guild. Certain guilds serve one purpose and one purpose only. We kill Tequatl and Wurm and that is the only thing we do, as everyone has their own guilds for guild missions already.

Our solution: If you really want us to spawn those events using influence/merits you should make sure that both will not be server-based anymore on the same day as the patch hits, not half a year later.

You might think that this post is just another old man’s rant, but it is not. Since the information release of the Megaserver patch we had pleasure to talk about it on TeamSpeak with at least 500 of our guildies and those are the concerns that were raised.
Now, ArenaNet! Don’t take this the wrong way; the idea behind this Megaserver patch is awesome it will help casual players in whatever they want to do, but it seriously hinders the thousands of organized non-casual players like us.

To give you the simplest example, look at your statistics, how many times did Vabbi kill Tequatl or Wurm? Now let me ask you another question: do you really think that the great population of Vabbi gathered around and did that? And do you really think that getting more casual players on the same map will lead to them successfully finishing those hard events? There is a reason we have an organized guild like this, because it takes a lot of organisation and cooperation and teamwork to kill these bosses.

You usually do not get feedback like that from communities like ours because we know that it will probably get ignored anyway and we won’t accomplish anything, but this time is different since the patch puts the survival of guilds like ours in serious question. Lots of people in our guild, like myself, only play this game because we have these events where the organising and doing them as a team is the last fun part of Guild Wars 2. If this ends, many will consider leaving, like me.

This is a serious matter to us, so I’d like to ask the general community of the game not to use this topic for flaming or trolling because you won’t accomplish anything anyway.

As a leader of TxS I am also asking members of our alliance not to participate in flaming wars if any were to occur. Be polite, respectful and stay on topic.

(Big thanks for Chiiwii and Fyridor for spell-check and grammar ^^)

Guild Alliances on Upcoming Patch

in Guild Wars 2 Discussion

Posted by: agenciq.8043

(I would hereby like to request forum moderators not to merge this topic with other Megaserver feedback threads. We don’t just want to give feedback, we want to raise serious concerns here regarding the future of guilds like ours, rather than being lost among flame and suggestion posts. Thank you in advance.)

At the start I would like to apologise. It is not my intention to offend anyone, especially not ArenaNet nor any person that plays in GW2. I will state the facts as they are without any sugar-coating and sometimes truth is harsh, so don’t take it the wrong way.

Let’s start with a short introduction; I’m Agent, one of the three leaders of the biggest EU community dedicated to slaying Tequatl and Triple-Headed Wurm and probably all the future “hard” bosses we might get. The TxS Alliance, as we call that community, is a home for over a thousand players enjoying the complicated events in-game. The Alliance is spread over 4 multi-server guilds; TKS, THS, TSS and TXS. We usually kill Tequatl at least twice a day (more than 300 confirmed kills) and we managed to kill the Triple-Headed Wurm over 50 times since its release. This all would place us amongst the most experienced in these events.

Of course, we are not the only ones; NA servers have its own community called TTS (which exists of 10 or more guilds and houses around 5,000 players). Since we operate in the same way I think that I speak on behalf of all those people.

We have created said communities for these hard events, but with the upcoming Megaserver patch, that will most likely come to an end. This is why:

1. Average population per map copy: +225%.
This is how we organize our events: Get around 120 people on TeamSpeak, guest to a server, check if the map is empty, invite all your members and kill Tequatl/Wurm. I guess I do not have to remind anyone that maps fit 150 people at most.

ArenaNet’s idea: Get everyone, regardless of server, on the same map. This way, every instance of every map will usually be almost full.
I understand the point of view of developers; you basically want to squeeze as many people as possible on a map so “casual” players will always have someone to play with.
But hey.. what about the NON-casual players?

Question: How we are supposed to do these events now when ¼ of the people will end up on map instance one, ¼ on map instance two, ¼ on map instance five and ¼ on whatever other map instance there is? If your answer would be: “But people from the same guild will end up on the same map!”, that might be true, but to what extent? You will end up on the same map, but that map will already have people on it. What happens to those people when more guildies try to join in and the map is already full? Do those people get ported over to a different map instance, or will the guildies not be able to get in anymore?
Not to forget about: “Average population from the same guild as the player on joined map: +5%”. As mentioned before, we are not just one guild; we’re spread across four.

Our solution: Guild-specific map instances. Since we can pay gems to make our private pvp arenas, why can’t we pay gems to create our private Sparkly Fen, or Bloodtide Coast? Where only specific guilds can enter?

2. World bosses spawn time changes.
I do not know what statistics you guys look at in your office but I can tell you now that no-one will kill Tequatl at 04:00 AM in Europe. How did you even pick those times? Since September we kill Tequatl every day and I must say that our guildies never asked us to kill Tequatl at any of those ridiculous times before.

ArenaNet’s idea: Since we already squeezed all the people on the same maps so they are not empty, how about we limit world bosses to only one kill per day, at a realistic time? That’s great! Now these maps will always be full at this hour because, let’s be reasonable, there’s only one time most of the people will manage to join after work/school/university/life in general. (Which is 19:00 cet)

Question: What exactly was wrong with Tequatl/Wurm spawning every 2 hours? People/Servers could pick whatever hour they wanted to and finish those events at a convenient time but now they can’t. “You will be able to spawn those bosses using consumables bought with guild merits/influence” NO. Which takes us to the problem number 3.

Our solution: Um… leave the spawn times like they were and everyone will be happy? Because there was totally nothing wrong with that.

I’d really like a way to filter or sort on repping status. Right now actively repping members are mixed in with active but non-repping folks.

I love the ability to have ‘allied’ guilds handy to help each other out with missions or events, I would just prefer less clutter in the roster :-D

More Guild Management Options as Safeguards

I lead a guild on Tarnished Coast. Let me tell you, in my years of being the leader of guilds in various games, the best way I’ve found to wake up on a Sunday morning is with a flurry of text messages from officers about how someone has ransacked the guild vault. I kicked the offending user and sent in a trouble ticket, but this really brought the problems with the guild management interface to the surface.

Now, I’ve done my best to closely manage my guild. I want to keep it a safe place for everyone involved, and so far (with the exception of this morning’s thievery) it’s worked very well! I’ve got all three sections of the vault built and sectioned off by rank. Only full Members have access to part of the vault, and the guild funds and really valuable stuff – like T6 crafting materials, materials for Legendaries, and 80 Exotics – are locked to Officers only.

The problem is that, practically and theoretically speaking, a guild leader can’t just lock everything down out of paranoia. The utilitarian items, like sigils and foods, really shouldn’t be super-difficult for the average guild member to access. It’s not good for morale, and while these things are generally not prohibitively expensive on the Trading Post, the point of a Vault is to be useful to the entire guild. It shouldn’t have to be up to the officers to pull out everything a member wants.

Thankfully my guild is awesome and really rallied together to restock the vault with even better items than were stolen, so this particular story has a happy ending. However, it would be nice if some safeguards were implemented so that thievery were far less of a danger.

A couple things could help with this:

1. More comprehensive permissions based on rank – currently access to vault tabs based on rank is pretty arbitrary, and permissions for the Treasure Trove and Deep Cave are linked.
2. The ability to set limits on how much an individual can take from a vault tab per day.
2a. This would preferably go hand-in-hand with making it so you can drop a stackable item directly onto an existing stack in the vault, rather than having to take the existing stack out, make your own stack, and then re-deposit the whole shebang.)
3. A tag next to each member’s name, or some other sort of widget, indicating the last time the member was online and represented. Currently the only indicator in place is if their location reads as “Unknown,” and this status doesn’t change for weeks after the most recent login. This would help prevent thievery from people who don’t represent often and mostly use the guild for its vault.

The guild interface in general needs a lot of work, but these are the suggestions I have pertinent to my guild’s current problem. Thanks for reading, and for any improvements I know you’ll make!

What is the status on the deep cave? It appears I cannot add deposit/withdrawl rights to it for different roles like I can with the stash or trove.

Is it considered part of the Treasure Trove, or is it unrestricted?

Where are my gem sales? I want gem sales! Nerf EVERYTHING!

I support this. Great suggestions to make social life in the guild better.

That would also be nice to have reworked version of all the buff in the guild. It would be nice that you could start and stop constant buff. Don’t know if i’ll be clear, but i’ll try.

A window that allow you to check or uncheck all the buff that you want your guild to have constantly. Each of these buff would have a cost of influence/day or something like that. So you can check more buff with a larger guild without all the work you need to do in the back ground to manage the influence, restart research in time or manage the time of research for everything. That a lot of job, when the guild is big enough and when i’m not in game for a couple of days, usually it hard for the other to take the lead and do my job since they rarely have to do that and its not easy to know what to do when you that the first time.

If you add a statistic panel to help you understand what is your average influence income, it would be really easy for a guild leader to see how much of these constant buff you can afford to maintain.

You could see, oh on average each day i accumulate 1000 influence, ok so i choose to spend 500 of these on constant buff and that allow me to take 10%MF and 15% Karma for example.

I’d like to see 2 new features with guilds: 1. Ability to see guild members on your map, and 2. Large guild parties.

1. I think it would be very helpful to be able to see where all the online members of your current guild are within Tyria. This would help with coordinating large guild events, casual playing with guildmates, and PvP. I think it would be best for guild members to show up on the map as that yellow/gold color that guild chat is, and also for the color of guild members to override any other color (ie: if a player is in your party and your guild, they would show up as yellow/gold instead of blue).

2. I’d also like to see the ability to have larger parties than just 5. There could be a requirement that all members must be in your guild, or it could be allowed for anyone. I see lots of scenarios where this would be helpful and almost sees required. For example, my guild does mapping parties, where a lot of us get together and clear out a map. We have to have multiple parties at the same time because there’s a limit to only 5 players in a party, and we have to use guild chat to communicate. This could get annoying for another guild member that isn’t doing the mapping party because their chat is gonna be spammed by us talking. With larger guild parties, we can all communicate within party chat and only have to have one party instead of multiple. This feature would also be useful for guild missions when you have more than just 5 players involved in the mission.

This one made me angry.

Yeah, sure ‘last logged in’ will be good, would be even better with ‘last represented’.
But if we are talking about ‘social play improvements’ I just have two questions:

WHERE ARE GUILD ALLIANCES ?

WHERE IS ALLIANCE CHAT ?

GW2 not only support zerg playing but also forces ppl to play in zerg guilds for some coordination. Its so stupid to msg dozens of ppl to make some organized play (guild missions, WvW) so ppl are leaving their guilds and friends to sit in biggest PvE/WvW guild that is possible -.-

As a guild leader, while I am excited and grateful for a last-logged-in date, the one feature I really want is a more noticeable guild Message of the Day. One that, perhaps, pops up in your chat feed when you log in?

Yeah, you know, like Guild Wars 1 does?

I wonder if the guild griefing might be something about people starting the guild missions before everyone is ready? Or pushing the buttons inside the guild puzzles before everyone is ready?

And I’m still patiently waiting for guild halls with all merchants and crafters in them.

Q: Last login for guilds… does that mean last represented login?

You could have an active multi-guild member that has not represented your guild in 6 months. Guild leaders want to know when a player last represented their guild and if they are an active part of your guild…. not the last time they logged in to another guild.

I hope that’s the change…. it wasn’t very clear on the blog.

Wish they lumped it with another day. I know there is a lot more but this is pretty underwhelming by itself.

Actually, it’s pretty major. The Last Logged In feature is something we’ve been literally BEGGING for since release. Hopefully there will be a few more details about the “reducing griefing” issues to come.

Now, if they would only separate “Invite” and “Kick” so we can better edit permissions.

Last logged in is sweet, but it would be nice to see last time representing too.
WvW lfg is great

Hair kit/Makeover kit need changed.

I like the idea of what style kits do. However what I don’t like is that in order for a person to preview ANY of the changes these items can do, you need to purchase them first. Why this doesn’t work well is some of the styles and colors are exclusive and not available from the character creation screen.

What if a person doesn’t like any of the new styles or colors on their character after purchasing the kit? Everyone’s character is unique to them and some styles might not look as good as they had hoped. But by that time it’s too late as the purchase has already been made.

I think ArenaNet needs to put in a type of salon/hair shop into the game where a player can preview ALL styles and colors (including exclusives)on their characters and if they like the look, the changes can be made with gems directly through the salon shop.

I would love to buy one of the kits to see how my character would look with a few changes, but the uncertainty of how these changes will look on my characters without the ability to preview first before buying the kits prevents me.

TL:DR
Remove the style kits and replace them with a salon shop in each city where you can preview changes first. Then pressing OK removes the gem fee and makes the changes.

We need new guild logos. There should be a competition that players can draw and design themselfe. Maybe even change colours on guild banners-

Remove Guild Kick from Party List

Have No Faith In Me.1840

A member in our Guild accidentally kicked another member from the guild, through the party list, while trying to kick him from the party because he was offline, without even realizing it.

It is a function that really shouldn’t be there, more so not directly next to the kick party member function, considering there is no confirm message either.

Keep Guild kick, for the guild window.

AFK Report

Due to the new event of Tequatl, that requieres a lot of effert and coordiantion, the lack of server slots and the massiver overflow is just amazing, muhc of this problem is the afk people, that say, my suggetion in AFK report or like in Gw1 inactivity report is that:

* This report is a measure to JUST Disconnect people
* This just works when at least 20 people report the same person in a window of X time (sort of 2 min or so)
* The person reported will get a window that puts something like "You will be disconeect for inactivy in X seconds if you dont type “ok” and Press Enter" (or just press enter)
* Not to abussed of this kind of report, make it so the inactivity message has interal CoolDown of 8 minutes (so you cant spam/annoy anyone untill he leaves).

I know i should not spect a dev replay, but i would like to hear at least what devs think about Tequatl and AFk peple, making really hard to kill it when the activ players are sent to the overflow

Rich ORE nodes but not Rich TREE nodes?

Looked but didn’t find anything on this, so started a thread on it myself, so pardon me if it’s already been done and I just missed it.

But it occurred to me that we have “Rich” nodes of all ores, (which require less resources to make an ingot, [2 ores per 1 ingot]) but not for trees, that require more resources per up-step, (3-4 logs per 1 plank.)

And now, with the “Ascended” crafting making its way into the game, A WHOLE LOT of wood is required for a good bit of it.

Would it be relatively plausible to consider a " RICH " tree node?

I’m not asking for entire orange groves sized nodes here mind you… but simply a tree node that would definitely give you 2-3 re-uses. Something that you are kinda guaranteed to get between 9-12 logs from.

Make them just as sparse as Rich Ore nodes… maybe call them “AGED [tree type] Saplings”… make them the same appearance as a normal sapling, only slightly larger.

I considered small groves of regular saplings.. like 3-4 of them bunched up in a tight space. But dismissed that idea as that is extra load on the game. So, I’d stick with the “Aged” idea more.

Just a thought to kick around.

BTW: I am aware that sometimes a tree node WILL give you an extra re-use, giving you a few extra logs on occasion, or sometimes just one use and give you an extra log or two. But considering the amount of wood required, that kind of small potatoes compared to ores, don’t you think?

"Last Logged In" function in guild window

Agree.

I’ve also posted this a dozen times and replied to about 50 threads suggesting this. Apparently guild management is not important in GW2 to Anet. Just like the ability to form and manage a group in WvW with a broken UI.

But hey… we’ll get new living story content pumped out every two weeks.

"Last Logged In" function in guild window

We’ve had to create an inactive tag in the guild to tell who’s playing and who hasn’t logged in in a number of weeks.

A “last logged in” time/date in the guild roster window would alleviate this

Thanks!
