Recently for no idea, I cannot see when my party members target another player in PvP. I can see it when I target someone but when other do I am unable to see it. Anyone have any suggestions?

I have been getting more and more into GvG the longer the game has been out, but I have yet to perfect a spec for my Thief. I know Thief’s aren’t the best option in a GvG. So I was wondering if any of you could give some insight on to how to build one and what gear would you recommend if their is any way to.
