Guild Wars 2

I’m asking as a returning player. I went to the PvP lobby and only saw 1 other engineer there. I queued a match and found myself unable to do a lick of damage, all the same getting shredded from full health to dead in roughly kittens (something that most certainly didn’t happen before)

I know that Scrapper got a nerf around the time I quit, but I’m wondering if Anet just continued nerfing it until it was practically worthless.

Just returned to game after a few months. I go into a PvP match (something I was very good at before) and I’m the only one playing engineer. I see 2 guardians on the other team, 1 thief, and 1 revenant. On my own team I have 3 thieves, a guardian, and me.

After we lost I looked around in the PvP lobby and by far the majority of what I saw were Guardians and thieves, very few mesmers, only 1 engineer, and a few warriors.

Is the game just horrifically unbalanced right now or am I just imagining it? Usually when you only see 2 of 1 class and 22 of another you can guess which one is bad.

SAB could have world 3 if it was a similar size to world 1. World 2 is simply too large to a point where running through it isn’t even fun. World 2 suffers from the fact that after you’ve seen it once its no longer appealing. World 3 would have to be smaller. Also they will never make world 3.

Honestly SAB feels like a chore at this point just because world 3 and 4 are never going to come. After you’ve done something 50 times its not fun anymore. The puzzles and bosses that were once funny are just annoying. Things that were meant to feel challenging feel time consuming.
