Well since you want one that a book get the cheapest version that is a book, TBH I can only see digital & limited edition book only.

^ It comes down to play style TBH what one is the sturdiest really. If you count pets/minions then ranger is also a sturdy class in PvE at lest.

Umm he got a mouse with ~20 buttons on it so of cause he can do it one handed as long as he can move his fingers fast enough.

Thief IMO is a good pick if you want to use guns, use pistol/pistol and pistol/dagger weapon combos (you can switch between them).

If you really want to use rifles warrior and Engi both can kind of work (but as you stated you not gonna be that brill at it).

Your meant to do events craft (both gathering and crafting) WvW etc as well as just hearts (hearts are unlockable venders and event guides IMO).

As the others said it don’t have difficulty setting due to being an online MMO. As for if she can cope with how hard it is well that depends on her. The same applies to if she should even play it really she shouldn’t based on her age and the age rating (its T rated), but then again it comes down to her maturity in a way.

As for progressing in the game well you can stay in the start zone for ever and still progress in levels (XP drops though so it will take for ever) and gear (some gear dropped is always around you level). Or she can just run around exploring everything. Oh one big thing to do is unlock all the weapon skills for her character.

Looks like its the log in servers are being iffy as it is taking a while to do the log in step as well when starting game up.

Looking increasingly likely its the log in servers that are misbehaving again…

Common problem ATM, me and a fair few others got the same thing happening.
I think its a problem with their servers when the check is carried out for new characters IE name check etc the server that deals with this has died..

Hmm after wanting ~10 mins I get cannot contact server message but if I say ok to it I can return to charater select screen and log in with one of my other characters just fine.

Hmm Guess Character Creation server is dead then

No I made 3 Characters I am trying to make my 4th one what failing TMK is the last step it just hangs there for ages.

Cant create character, can do everything up to entering a name the second I click create/next it just hangs and I cant do anything but Ctrl+ Alt+ Del -> end task out.

Well it hasn’t happened to me.
I would change your password ASAP, also open a ticket with support.

Hmm needs fixing you should get what your ordered at the price you been offered at, IE 100 units for 25s should mean you get 100 units for 25s. If you can only get 80 units then it should charge you 20s only.
