You can’t craft them.

I’m usually playing with friends who take care of the aoe so i just stick with the rifle and turrets for support. If you’re going solo dual pistols + elixir gun is nice since you can put a lot of conditions on your targets, net turret helps with the kiting.

Check Karma vendors, i’ve got mine from them. Can’t tell you which ones exactly though, sorry.
