Pretty much 99.9% of dawn/dusk etc. purchases are made by gold seller companies to just resell at higher price.
Before the nerf, Warden was my fav PVE-wise, also kind of liked the offhand sword phantasm, altho it was a kitten since forever, it’s just kind of cool.
Post-nerf, i changed to pure direct-damage build as phantasm are no longer viable in any shape or form.
I’m also seeing the slower illusions (my iSwordsman needs to hit the gym all of a sudden) and the weapons lingering after dissipation.
So far I’m not seeing Illusionary Leap fail to spawn a clone within its proper range, but it does look like we’re seeing some sort of regression here.
It’s not like clones did any damage since BWE2 nerf anyways, so clones should not be a discussion in this thread anyways
With the latest nerf, your phantasms will propably never hit anything again, before destroyed, thus making phantasms and phantasmal haste alltogether useless! You’re now better of speccing into direct damage from GS and Sword/pistol in any situation (or rerolling warrior).
Phantasm builds are no longer viable in any circumstance.

So they “fix” the warden, but at the same time, disregard all the rest of the phantasm that NEVER even benefited from the trait to begin with, the only phantasm that actually benefited from it, is now “fixed”, thanks again for making yet another major trait useless.
Once again the proven fact that cries win. This “fix” propably from sPVP, again a proven fact, don’t mix arena/ladder based PVP with PVE because one or the other will ruin the other…
Only skill i did any reasonable damage in dungeons with, now that is taken away… guess i won’t be needed in dungeons anymore.
pps. It’s a stationary phantasm, if you die because of it, you deserve to.

I agree, less RNG, more sweaty labour! Precursor is demonic enough to get (barely ever see them in the TP and even rarer to see them for a price anything less than 60-80g which in itself is already weeks of grinding.)
I’m thinking that those are made by weaponsmith or hunstman, those aren’t in the list for artificer OR they might be drop/forge only as some sigils are.
I’ve reported the lights being all medium (thus unusable) some 2-3 weeks ago, guess it’s not on their priority list to fix it.
All rare sets are obviously meant to look the same, Exotics on the other hand, all look different
Has happened to me aswell, but not recently.
My mouse is dying on me currently, it sometimes double clicks.
Today i went to see some cultural weapons in Rata Sum, and i started to wonder a few hours later where has over 60 thousand of my karma disappeared.
Turned out i had a tier 3 cultular weapon in my inventory i did not intend to get!!
This is a major gripe to me AND everyone who might accidentally doubleclick!!
This isn’t really even a suggestion, but a feature that should’ve been there from the get-go.
I hope this gets implemented in the next patch!

It’s been a discussions for a while now, it’s pretty obvious there’s an anti-farming code in the works.
Unfortunately this hurts the legitimate players grinding for mats worse than it hurts botters, since botters aren’t around to see the effect unlike real players who suffer the “no loot” periods.
all of these have propably been “bugged” like hundreds of thousands of times already, still no acknowledgement from Anet that they’re under the works or something, not a single official statement.
And worst of all, they’ve been broken for more than a week now.
once you get the hang of it, even explorable dungeons are a breeze.
mashing #2 is kinda dissapointing, considering it’s the “epic final boss” of the game.
there are plenty of “jumping puzzles” that have no purpose to them or only a chest, but no achievement.
seems like each of the spectral challenges are broken, labyrinth, that shipwreck AND bayt fallahin, straights of devastation… all spectrals weapons, all bugged.
how long does it take to fix these… been broken since forever..
you’re on the right path, the drop rates are just abyssmal, keep at it, you might be lucky enough to get 2 per day.
I’d bet my firstborn that there is NO recipe for manufacturing them, that’d defeat the whole purpose of them being legendary, there needs to be an RNG factor in such weapons, otherwise everyone would be toting around with one within a month and they’d be just another common weapon amongst thounsands.
I’m quite sure the only way to get them (now and later on) is by pure luck at the forge or event chests in lv80 areas (and obviously random loot drop).
for a weapon “superior sigil of luck”, for armor pieces i’d go for superior rune of the pirate (25% mgfind)
You can get the insignia recipe from the armorsmith craft vendor with karma (it’s either explorer or traveler).
considering i’ve yet to collect any of the 400 fine material for even 1 inscription (i’ve gotten 1-2 of each and no more) in the week i’ve been level 80 i have to concur… the drop rates are WAY TOO LOW!
Rabid doesn’t seem to exist anywhere but drops +pwr +tough +cond
4 level 80 orange items and a bit less luck than above, still in the hands of the genie afaik.
~ 4x lv80 exotic greatswords (or replace with any 4 base items of same categoty for other “of rage” items) = best chance at getting dawn/dusk of rage.
Absurdly expensive and really not worth it.

Game’s been out barely 2 weeks.
You sure you’re not being immobilized? Blink will ONLY break stuns, it won’t remove immobilize (which spiders do with web etc.), roots and webs.
Stun = stun = blink breaks it
Web/cocoon/nets/roots = immobilize = blink doesn’t break it (only teleports you)
Bayt Fallahin is bugged and so is the Quaggan “combat” skillpoint west of bayt, so that makes it 2.
Some puzzles just need a bit more trying.
You can jump on the stem of the shroom and from there onto the cap.
Staff skill #2 “phase retreat” also on occasion does not teleport you backwards, but just poofs and you stay at the same spot you activated the skill at (ie. does nothing but the shatter animation)
Yesterday we tried to enter Sorrow’s Embrace as a party (did it the day before no prob.) and the old “unable to enter same instance” bug was back to welcome us all into separate instances (we tried all the gimmicks that sometimes worked previously, but none of them helped this time).
Full party of 5, all on the same map: (not overflow), tried trough the “enter explorable” popup and going through the portal all of which ended in the same result, everyone in different instance. Tried all the gimmicks, redoing party, resetting client, changing maps via zoning and back etc.. none of them worked. There were no problems on the 9th.
Also tried helping a guildmate today with her personal story mission in the Harathi Hinterlands lvl 50 (dunno which) and i was unable to join her for help.

howbout you stop making 10 new threads in a minute about suggestions and leave the forum for real bugs that block progression etc.. just sayian..

This… also the aquaman “HOO” guy in the SW corner is bugged.
The light armor shoulder rewards “exotic” are marked up as “medium” armor (all of them), making them unusable by light armor wearing classes, and halting the process of obtaining the entire set (which in itself is nauseating enough)

i’ve also sent ingame bug report /w screenshot, but i couldn’t send it with the preview of the stats because i can’t have 2 mouse pointers, nor can i open a window for stats.

You also gain no karma with alts if you’ve done the said renown heart previously with another character..
Happens to me almost daily with staff #2 “phase retreat” i’ve been clipped into all sorts of geometrical prisons with the skill, underground, under ice, inside a gate door, inside a rock, you name it, i’ve been there.
It used to be “funny” but nowadays it’s more of a nuisance with ~2-3 silver per waypoint tele, it’s becoming expensive..
I guess they missed a couple of decimals in the loot-tables to make them drop in abundance.
ps. im stuffed with butter and chocolate myself from grinding sorrows furnace.
