Excuse me? am i ok now? lol..ive been fine this whole time, im just stating a fact, and my opinion. and obviously people agree with me. fix the problem. isn’t that why you have a technical support staff? just sayin. you guys are a big time company. it shouldn’t be that hard to fix. and im a paying customer. infact, is there a telephone number that i can contact? i would like to call your company and let them know how im being treated on this site, and as well as the support. but here’s my ticket.

lots of people are having this problem, and yes most of us entered our details right. ive done it so many times that i know my credit card off by heart. contacting support doesn’t do anything, they just throw u around and make you wait more then 3 days. this is obv an issue, and should be fixed. so ur telling me that the system thinks that 1/3 of the population is trying to commit fraud? can’t you guys lift the restriction off people temporarily for an hour just so they can make a purchase. its very frustrating and people who are committed to purchasing gems are just gonna give up. isn’t the point to make money? not shun it? cause it seems this problem is just being pushed aside. considering the fact that our purchases generate your income. just saying.
im having trouble purchasing gems as well. it keeps telling me “Card Approval Failed”. but it let me purchase one time, and never again. ive been trying every day since. i musta tried over 100 times. i contacted support, they didn’t help me out either. told me they were escalating my issue, but never got back to me
