Just tried to buy some Gems in game and same thing. Says to try again later. I can only assume it has to do with higher traffic, but still your point of sale is the last thing you want to have go down. You are just losing money that way.
How tell which version Guild Wars 2 you have?

Yeah I must have the original Digital Deluxe version since I do have access to the Golem Banker and I did find Rytlock in the Bank Material Storage area.
Thanks for help.
How tell which version Guild Wars 2 you have?

I ask this question because I assume I have the Digital Deluxe version since I have the Mistfire Wolf Elite Skill, but I don’t appear to have the Rytlock mini, Mithril Box, and Legacy Armor. Or is there an ingame “/” command that spawns them into your inventory that I don’t know about?
I am having the same issue as well.

I’m having the same issue.

Weapon swapping for the Elementalist would effectively double the number of attack skills they could use in combat. As it is, the Elementalist has twice the number of attack skills in combat then the other classes besides Engineer due to its loadouts which work in a similar fashion to the Elementalist’s attunements, except that they take up precious utility skill slots. The Elementalist has plenty going on for it, if you gave them weapon swapping you are effectively giving them a huge buff which they don’t need at all.
Combat, Dynamic Events... what's the point if they're easy mode?

Probably the biggest thing for map bosses right now is getting the scaling right. The boss needs to ramp up in difficulty(damage dealt, health, toughness, frequency of attacks, combos, etc.) as more and more people join in on the fight. I am assuming this would be tracked by how many active players are in a specific area during the event. Also you can’t make defeating the boss overly-complicated due to the nature of most people fighting won’t be in direct communication with each other(not in a group or guild). So it will effectively be a giant PUG. Telegraphing attacks will probably be the biggest point during the ramp up so that players will be able to ‘dodge’, as that is the primary means of negating damage in game. Should fighting the boss be challenging, yes. Should it be impossible, no.
Ascalon all the way.
Rurik use the Elite skill “KNOCK!”
Most people will eventually get it, it is just a matter of time. And then people will kitten that everyone has it and something else needs to be made that is even more expensive to make it rarer.
How do you suppose they are ‘making income’ at all currently from people like me?
You bought the game right? So that is at least $59.99 from you(and every other person that is currently playing the game).
Trust me, they aren’t hurting for money. They will make expansions and people will buy them, that is how their business model works. Micro-transactions are merely a facet of their business model.
True, but with your original logic Guild Wars 1 would have had only 2 dance emotes, 1 for the Male Human and 1 for the Female Human.
Most of my chests usually have a key in them. Plus keys are often rewards for various quests or drops during them.
The Guild Wars 2 baseball cap, when did it go away and is it coming back?
Posted by: Kristof Bowen.7345
I was just curious when the Guild Wars 2 baseball cap was removed from the Black Lion Trading Company and if it is coming back since I was unable to get it for all my characters since I assumed it would be there waiting for me to purchase(for 0 gems) at anytime?
Ah, good old original Prophecies 15k armor.
Well I think “the Giant” boss outside the Black Citadel zone always spawns and attacks at night. At least it has always attacked at night for me.
That would just be 10 dances, half the amount in Guild Wars 1.
You should expect more from a sequel, not less.
Hey, at least you don’t have to hunt down dyes or buy them every time you wanted to change the color of your gear like in Guild Wars 1.
You should be happy that dyes are permanently stored in a dye tab and always accessible.
Ah the good old days of using Black Dye as currency.
Weapon dyeing was in Guild Wars 1, I see no reason why is shouldn’t be in Guild Wars 2.
Cohesive day/night cycles between zones and servers would be nice. However the frequency of the day/night cycle as-is is good, as a casual gamer can experience day and night events in a single sitting without spending all day and night online in real life.
This is really just a cosmetic thing. But Guild Wars 1 set the bar pretty high in this area having each class(10 classes) have their own dance and then each sex(2 sexes) of that class having a different dance emote. Which came out to 20 different dance emotes, not counting special edition dance emotes.
Guild Wars 2 seems kind of lacking in that department with only 5 different dances specific to races. I mean you have 8 classes, 5 races, and 2 sexes – that potentially comes out to 80 different dances.
I am not saying to go make 75 new dance animations right this second, but you could probably import the 20 dance emotes from Guild Wars 1 to the human characters.
Dance Emotes
Guild Wars – Guild Wars 2
Assassin m/f – Thief m/f
Warrior m/f – Warrior m/f
Ranger m/f – Ranger m/f
Mesmer m/f – Mesmer m/f
Necromancer m/f – Necromancer m/f
Elementalist m/f – Elementalist m/f
Paragon m/f – Guardian m/f
Ritualist m/f – Engineer m/f
And the remaining Monk m/f and Dervish m/f dance emotes could be assigned to any 2 Norn classes.
That would leave you with 55 dance emotes to animate.
Anyway just thought I would make the suggestion.
Been having the same issue in those same arcs as well.
