I am a pve player who normally runs a lot of dungeons and fractals, because of this I would like to be playing with the best possible tools I have available (In terms of statistics and fun. ) I have two questions I would like to know the necromancer community’s thoughts and advice on so that I have a better view on certain class mechanics.
1. Offhand dagger vs Focus
2. Curses vs Soul Reaping.
I’ve had the game since launch and played a warrior since then, but I suddenly sparked interest in the necromancer (due to Quan Chi from the Mortal Kombat series), but being a PVE player first and foremost, primarily fractals, I’m worried about the things I’ve heard about the necromancer, such as it being frowned upon in fractals.
After playing the class up to level 10, and feeling very satisfied with it, I really don’t want to play a class I enjoy just to be forced out of content because it doesn’t suit others needs. I’d like to hear some feedback from people with high level necromancers just to clarify the stance on their role in pve, the classes faults, and the things that the HoT specialization needs to address.
I’ve been considering all the races for my future Revenent and decided that Charr seem the most appealing to me right now, but I’m slightly put off by their size, and the threat that it could make armor selection difficult.
So my reasoning for making this thread is to gather information on what the Charr are like when it comes to armor, weapon, and back piece clipping issues. I’ve never bothered with the Charr before, my main being a Norn, and so I thought this would be the perfect place to get some feedback on how the Charr are like when it comes to clipping issues.
tl;dr: Do Charr suffer clipping issues with the current armor, weapons and backpieces.
If it’s helpful to anyone, I got a reply from the support team and I was told that my issue cannot be resolved at this time.
I’d like to know if it is possible for A-net to give back skins, or items previously purchased through the gem store, that were not purchased when the wardrobe system was present.
An example of this is my situation in which I bought the ’Rox’s Quiver’ skin when it was available, destroyed it by accident, and then the wardrobe system was released, but I didn’t have the item no more for it to be unlocked in my wardrobe.
I’d like to see Primordus next with the depths of Tyria being a potential new continent for new zones to fight his armies in (Similar to Blackreach in Skyrim, but bigger and more open). Being able to see more Dwarves would be a must, maybe even a storyline consisting of their curse being broken in order to include them as a playable race.
i agree this is something that needs to implemented it would even allow guilds to set up keg brawl teams.
Seeing as once you select one of the new achievement reward skins you can withdraw it as much as you want i think it should be the same for items like the dragon wings and other achievement based rewards , so you can easily get items like the quartz node on multiple characters .
I also think either a similar system should be implemented onto the gem store items like rox’s quiver and the infinite gathering items, either that or make the items account bound, for me it makes me stay away from making alts because ive spent so much gems on one character and not being able to share those items with my other characters.
i have recently started using a mobile authenticator for my account and i have started to get worried about what would happen if i lost my mobile phone, how can i get back into my account without the authenticator code?
i must know is there anyway that the dwarves (yeah i know the lore and about the Rite of the Great Dwarf) could ever increase their population or what i really want to know is there ever a way they could become playable stone or flesh, my mind was blown when i saw Ogden stonehealer in my personal story and being a big fan of the dwarves from The Hobbit / The Lord of The Rings i would love to be a dwarve in guild wars 2 then any other race
