I haven’t. Even though unlike some others I have definitely been charged. Confirmed with the bank, posted all billing info in my ticket from the supposed fraudulent credit card, and have now sent them a PDF via my ticket (I dont know why nobody responds anyway) with confirmation proof from the bank the card was charged. Now we’ll see.

I would like to look into the few cases where you, personally purchased the game from buy.guildwars2.com and then experienced an account closure.
I don’t want to hear from those who bought from a third party who claims to have purchased from our site. I don’t need to hear from people who did a charge-back or asked for a refund. I would very much like to hear from someone who bought the game from buy.guildwars2.com using a legitimate credit card and then found his/her account terminated.

I think with some CC’s if the original processor doesn’t accept the funds within a certain amount of time the Pending charge may drop and funds would be returned to the card. I do believe you are onto something with billing tho Gale. At least for a percentage of us.
Yes I think so,dropped amount of bill from CC limit but pending so much days totally weird enough and add this bank’s slow response about that but I’ve been playing lotro for years never had a issue like this with same CC.

Sorry, you purchased 4 days ago and the payment still is “in progress?” What does “they are managing with that” mean?
I have no idea but I only know 60$ taken from my credit card limit but when I checked a bit ago from web it’s in waiting process section still,just contacted them to solve that also waiting response them.

Hi guys! good news and bad news ! My ticket just got a response which is the good news ! They are checking tickets ! However they are claiming my serial key is fraudulent while it was directly purchased from their own site http://buy.guildwars2.com. Seems like I’ll be stuck with this issue for quite a bit longer.

There is a big mistake going on here.
Wow, even if my account is restored. I will still be scared to play. Something is very wrong. Most mmo when something of this magnitude happens gm will issue a rollback.
So do I in my second day of gw2,my account suspended.I faced something like this first time all my mmorpg games playing history and is this server wide issue? I am at Vabbi server,I read in my country’s gw2 gamers forums low populated servers have lots of bots and happens this issues more on the other hand more populated ones have less issues.What happens when my account back I will change my server highest populated one quickly.Any idea about this? I am pretty newbie about GW2.

I purchased game two days ago and downloaded client and got time to play yesterday and today I can not log game.Sent ticket got response to wait while we are finding issue and than searched who is getting errors like this I am totally shocked there is a lot issues about this.Well all I can do waiting while they are solving issue.
