i will buy a Corsair PSU soon, but at the time being i already installed my GTS 250 and underclocked it a lil so it won’t go over a limit of 100watts. i dont have external hardware so my pc can handle it.

bought it for 40$ from a friend who only used it for about a year.
250 is still a pretty high end card. i can ensure that.

My sytem specs are :

OS : Windows 7 -32 bit
PSU : FSP Group Inc. model no. FSP250-60HEN (250 Watts)
CPU : AMD Phenom 9550 Quad – Core at 2.3 Ghz (overclocked a lil :d )
GPU : Nvidia Geforce GE 9300
RAM : 4GB DDR3

Now i want to upgrade my GPU to a Nvidia Geforce GTS 250. I already buyed the GPU but came to the conclusion my PSU sucks kitten. i need a minimum of 450 watts.

So i will need to upgrade that one as well.

Any suggestions / tips ?

Okay. Im going to upgrade my CPU along with it (upcoming holidays will earn me some extra cash)

But i dont want to swap to intel cause that means i have to swap ram, Psu, motherboard and even reinstall my OS

Im going to upgrade my video card in my desktop pc. Cause i experience a very low rate FPS (15 – 20 FPS ) Sometimes 25 when im lucky.

PC is in good condition , no viruses, defragmented , game on low quality (high performance)

On my Acer Notebook i have a great experience ( 50 FPS)

Reason is:

My Desktop Pc has an old : Nvidia Geforce 9600 GS

Now i want to upgrade my desktop pc’s graphic card, but which one should i choose ??

Which Video Card do you recommended ??

(my max budget includes the video card and if necessary new PSU)

So i would like to hear your opinion and ideas on recommended Video cards i should buy.
