About Warrior Nation:
Originally founded in 1998, Warrior Nation is a multi-game clan that currently has over 1,200 members across more than 30 games. We have had a presence in the original Guild Wars, and now Guild Wars 2 since beta began but we always welcome new or existing players of any skill or focus as we are a friendly and diverse group willing to assist where possible. We’re looking to further expand our WvW and PvP activities so even if your focus isn’t PvE we can accommodate you in a growing environment.
We accept users from across the world and currently have GW2 members from Europe, Asia, The Americas, and Australia. We primarily speak English so a working knowledge of the language is strongly advised.
Many users choose to trial us initially as what we call a Social rank. You may come and go as you please, no strings attached, though your access to certain resources such as the forum, voice, bank, and other Warrior Nation guilds/clans may be restricted. If you feel you’re happy with us and would like to become a full member we’re able to assist with the quick forum process which will allow access to all features available. However, we do prefer our full members to represent more often, ideally 100% of the time, in return for continuous guild boosts throughout the week, especially on weekends.
What we Offer:
Dungeons, world bosses, fractals, living story events and WvW excursions take place daily with frequent contests and events organised by our event team, which often have prizes ranging from gold to miniatures to rare dyes. We endeavour to keep your GW2 experience as varied and enthralling as possible.
We have all guild missions unlocked and complete them every Sunday with a good turnout. If you’re interested in missions then we advise that you come along and trial them with us. If nothing else you’ll get 6 commendations.
We have an extensive rank system with many tiers and multiple routes of advancement. There are many opportunities for active members to rank up within the guild and we reward helpfulness and initiative above all else.
Requirements:
Some of our members play every day, some play only on weekends, and some only find time every few weeks. We don’t require a huge amount of activity in order to become or remain a member. We understand that real life comes first and won’t put any undue demands on you or your time, though the more you can contribute to the guild: the more you’ll get back. However, if you do decide to become a full member, we appreciate good activity and would like to see users take part in-game, on voice, and on the forums. There is a minimum requirement of checking the forum at least once every 90 days to avoid your account being archived.
Ideally you will have either a microphone or headset that you ckittene to communicate with us on voice servers. If not, it would still be advantageous if you could download, install, and listen to TeamSpeak 3 (and optionally Mumble for other WN games) so that we can communicate easier. While we do encourage this, it isn’t absolutely required and we won’t deny membership if you can’t participate for any reason.
We do have some basic rules which generally consolidate into having respect for others and no violation of the EULA/CoC for any game you play with us, including GW2. Our age requirement is 13 years old, though our average age across all Warrior Nation members is over 25 years old.
