How is anyone supposed to want to help you with that kind of attitude? I suggest you submit a support ticket with your questions if you want an “official answer” instead of help from the community.

The link they gave you outlines the whole thing. It clearly states on the site that if you purchase the game in game via a trial account:
“Using the “Upgrade to Full Account” option in-game allows you to purchase the Guild Wars 2 Digital (Standard) Edition code only. You may purchase an upgrade to the Digital Deluxe Edition through the Black Lion Trading Company.”
If your friend wants the Deluxe Edition they can either purchase the Deluxe Edition directly from the website and add the SC to their Trial account or purchase the standard edition in game and then upgrade through the BLTC. Those are the two options
There is maintenance from their payment processor right now so codes are being delayed. just FYI
If you are having issues with accessing your NC Account you have to go through a game site. Just pick one that you have on your NC Account ie: Aion or Lineage II or WildStar. They all go to the same place.
I would just suggest Aion as a lot of people have that. https://support.aiononline.com/
Then click on “Can’t login?” and you can create a ticket without logging into your account.

It will all depend on when the last “snapshot” of your account was taken. Seems to be different for every player.
Creating a ticket is the first step! Each situation is different and support can review your case and let you know what they can do for you.
You will need to contact support. Click on Support and then Submit a request!
I know there was an issue with Gem Cards being printed with too few numbers, and they put it a fix. This was not an issue with GameStop but the printer of the actual cards. They get all their GTC and Gem cards from an outside vendor.
I think you have to put it in with no spaces or dashes. Have you actually tried redeeming the code? You might want to contact support if you are getting an error. They can usually help with these kind of things.
Getting an order number doesn’t mean your order went through. There are a number of reasons a transaction can fail ie: server connection or bank declines to name a few. I would trust that support is giving you as much information as they can. If they are telling you that the order failed, then it failed.
Many times the bank will put the funds on hold before the transaction actually processes. This is why you receive an order number. The bank has confirmed the initial part of the transaction. If the transaction is rejected, the funds can stay on hold for days.
You can’t use Bill Me Later to purchase Gems; it is not an accepted form of Payment. It never has been. You can use a credit/debit/bank account hooked up to your PayPal. Or you can use a credit/debit card by itself. Hope this helps :-)
Tickets have to be submitted through one of the game websites. I would recommend either Aion or L2, depending on what you have one your account.

Then on the right side under “Contact Us” click on ’can’t login?". That will allow you to create a ticket.
