Is it possible to play this game again? I mean what is so hard to send me the new serial key? Why does it take 3 days to do that and it took roughly 1 day to check everything i send ( details and pictures ) to prove…
This was their last response: Having reviewed the information that you provided, we will resolve this issue by reissuing a new serial code for your existing Guild Wars 2 account and permanently disabling the current serial code associated with your account.
And i send back an e-mail stating that my system is clear and they can send the key.So does it take 3 days to do that? I would’ve understand if it took so much to check what i provided, but it didn’t.
Can't reply to email sent by GW2 Support!

You should have an option to press Reply to an e-mail… But on yahoo is under the e-mail.
I will be checking constantly now. I’m Guild Wars 2 free for almost 5 days now and i’m tempted to leave it and go back to my last mmo i’ve played for almost 3 years…
Still staying here like a god kitten statue waiting for the last step, that really should take less time than previous ones…

Authenticator Questions/Concerns [merged]

I’m not getting the authentication e-mail, but not on this account, on my main account since i can’t enter on my main one. I’ve tried multiple times now…
The problem is i don’t remember which number is my ticket. Also the previous e-mails when i proved that i own the account were only through mail and it was before they changed the support site…
And yes i checked everything. Even on the e-mail my account is atm cause they changed it to my request.
Also i still don’t get an authentication e-mail…
So i still didn’t received my new serial key for the account i proved that is mine and i instead tried to log in to see if my acc is still blocked, but i don’t get the authentication e-mail.
Its funny cuz the process about providing the proof for the account moved very fast, like 4 e-mails in 2 days and now i’m waiting for the new key and the account unblock from saturday morning. What is going on?…
If Ms. Gray can help me or something, do i need to post here the e-mail my acc is or on PM?
The frustrating part is that they only need to unlock the account cause i gave them the confirmation that my system is now secure…
Well my last reply was right after they told me to say if i want an e-mail change or not and then they will send the new key. Well it passed almost a day till that reply and the earlier ones went really fast, like 3 or 4 mails in almost 1 day.
Do they work on sundays? I’ve had 4 free days to play then they blocked my account, and just last night they managed to help me completely and they said they will only need now to give me a new key and they still haven’t yet.
Its funny how i planned those days to relax playing, because i didn’t had so much free time for like a year and now ofc i can’t play cause they haven’t gave the the new serial yet and this is the last day i had time to play…
Ofcourse majority of the people had enough weapon skins because they can all wear GS’s, which are tons of skins already, but this time i see new dagger skin so atleast thieves get some love cause they need.
I tought so. So the ban was because some hacker had a keylogger and saved my key. Anyway i have a physical copy of the game but the writing will stay permanently above my serial from now on….lol
Can someone please fast explain me what does the guy from support exactly means?
This is what he wrote: “Write your ticket number using blue or black ink on the actual serial code insert above the serial code.”
I know english, but he is just confusing as hell here and i’m asking for some help here because i don’t want to wait another day for him just to reformulate the sentence.
Deleted Character - recover PvP skins?

Unfortunately no. Once deleted they are gone. The only way ANet can restore items is through an account rollback and they only offer that to hacked accounts. They consider having to type the characters name sufficient thought to stop accidental deletions. So any deletions of characters and items are considered deliberate and irreversible.
And what about when getting hacked and they delete everything and done. That isn’t what the owned wanted…
I managed to reply through e-mail since i just got answered that they can’t restore my account because they didn’t find any log about hacking… So my character which i put over a year of work into is lost forever.
I’m not that upset because its all a game, but this ban i feel was just wrong.
Ok now i got another problem besides the ban. On this account all my characters appear as offline. I cannot whisper, i cannot talk in guild or on normal and i can’t join any dungeon… What the hell is going on?

Maybe you did something unacceptable before the hacking. They log everything since the start of the account, so if they find some bad words since then, you will get suspended. So maybe because you reported the hack that they looked in all the log files to see what happened.
Just contact the support again to get more information.
I will contact the support once their support site is back online, but the funny thing is that i was gearing this account for the past week, and i only entered on my main account to send gold or something i needed. I mean i had no interaction with other players, and i never sweared or went into an argument and my guild can back me up on this.
Well now i’m playing the waiting time again.
Before you do anything, consider the fact that someone has all the information necessary to recover your account. That means either your e-mail is compromised, or someone physically has access to your information (such as reg codes, character info, date of purchase, etc). Anet doesn’t “give away” accounts. If they have all the information on you to switch e-mails and passwords, there’s nothing preventing the hacker from trying to take back your account again.
I would highly recommend wiping your harddrive, doing a fresh install, and creating a brand new e-mail after. If they have keyloggers on your system, a fresh install after a format will get rid of it. But if there’s a hacker physically nearby, and is using a packet sniffer (or whatever the hackers call it) to intercept your data via Wifi, then you need to stop using wireless.
Thanks for the tips, but i also got this account for about 8 months now and no hack attempt was made. So its no keylogger, prolly the e-mail was compromised and i switched it now. But the second problem is that i just got banned while i was leveling a new char. Haha. Bullcrap i call on this.
My other account got blocked from anything related to Guild Wars 2 for no apparent reason. Yesterday i got hacked and i lost all my characters and i contacted Anet support team and they restored my account and switched to another e-mail i provided. Today i started leveling a new toon, cause what else, and suddenly i got banned. The message was " Your Guild Wars 2 account was suspended for unacceptable behavior."
I mean wtf? What did i do? I got hacked, got helped by the support team and started to level a new toon and i get banned?
