I would try to restart the game, and if that doesn’t work maybe in the most extreme sense, redownload the game if you downloaded it from the internet. If you have a physical copy I would try that.
Quit Gw2 because of crashes. Have you quit?

Caedmon, don’t be a jerk.
The guy deserves to play this game and hundreds are on the same boat as him, like myself. Just because we are a minority doesn’t mean we aren’t important.
When playing WvW and a large battle begins I am almost guaranteed to be greeted by my sound being replaced with a strong metallic ‘whoomp whoomp whoomp’ sound that never ends until I restart the game, or if I don’t restart within the time limit of less than 30 seconds my game completely freezes rendering the entire game unplayable and I have to close the game out. So far it hasn’t required a hard restart of my computer tower but I am not waiting for that to happen and not putting my rig in danger of something destroying it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
My computer:
MS Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
Intel Core i7 CPU 870 @ 2.93GHz
6GB RAM
Nvidia GeForce GTX 460
I happens to me every once in a while. It’s pretty bad. I would suggest you quit WvW immediately because myself as well as friends have had the game completely freeze almost to the point where data is corrupted.
