With sp levelling be sure to use signet of malice. That combined with caltrops, caltrops on dodge, and daggerstorm you can take on huge amounts of mobs at once. Against vets you just dodge backwards and Pw when they’re in the caltrops ti facetank. Go full bers gear the life on hit makes you plenty tanky
So I guess this thread was an invitation for everyone to throw out their own stuff…but your best bet would be watching jumpers videos on his twitch page. Pretty close to the best you’ll find and they’re pretty good if youre learning the playstyle, as opposed to people linking vids of themselves killing uplevelled people who don’t know the game.
I’ll stick to sd. More consistent damage and unmatched survivability.
Sp is the best trash clearing set for dungeons. In PvP its pretty bad outside of killing one person in a stun. Since you must be new to the class ill elaborate by saying that you can apply basi poison, pop haste, and spam Pw. If they stunbreak use the swords 2 skill to keep them locked. Pp is bad for almost everything. It has higher single dos for ranged boss fights, of which there is only one to two in game that you should range. Though really pp is still worse since the dmg gained through sb vuln stacking makes it superior. Next thread….
Not sure if serious…but you gave no context so ill bite and say som has no place in any PvP setting. It is the best dungeon heal ninety nine percent of the time. Pw damage is much greater than the auto is, sundering strikes negates the need to feel like you have to keep up vuln throughyour auto, and there is nothing wrong with Pw lockin you in place.
Remove Stealth. Add reliable healing. This game will become interesting.
+1. Stealth equals invincibility. I got glad with beastcleave back in my wow days, so I know what im talking about. It’s completely imbalanced when I pop every cd and the thief just stealths and waits in out. It’s sooo broken that some classes can use their cooldowns situationally.
But really the only complaint that can be made is you’re upset you can’t kill a thief if they use everything to run away from you, which I’m pretty sure dd eles can do too.
