For PvE I use Krait, For WvW I use Traveler because swapping locust in and out is BORING

Oh, and Nightmare for SPvP of course.

I am 100% sure that I have already seen that helmet somewhere… old game? old comic? old movie? I just can’t put my finger on it!

I have a real question about the new town clothes system:

In my case, every single item that was not part of a “set” is now a tonic. When I use this tonic, my character wears a complete outfit, but that cannot be dyed or used in combat.

And… Why a tonic? Why not an equippable outfit that could be dyed?

With the new system, both “new” outfits and tonics prevent mix’n match, so I don’t really see the point of tonics.

Oh look! 4 tonics and 1 headgear!

Please ANet, reconsider.

I’m on Vizunah Square (EU), and I’ve just saw a guild (I won’t give names here) GvGing in the Borderlands while there are 50+ people queues on all the maps… except on the obsidian sanctum.

Is there a way, any way, to report this kind of behavior? What can we do against this??

Just keep the old implementation or convert them to armor skins!

I don’t really want to do it, but if things do not change I’ll ask a refund for every single town item I have ever bought…

And no matter what, from now on I will think twice before buying anything from the gemstore.

This is a terrible idea, and I really hope it will be canceled.

I was really excited when I read the wardrobe update, coz I’m a skin addict, but I don’t understand why they would change the town clothing in such an awful way.

I’m sorry to say this, and I’m really trying not to be offensive here, but it looks like they don’t know why people buy that kind of thing in the first place…

I agree with OP, this is a terrible idea.

+1, and remove “kick from guild” from the party contextual menu. A guild management feature belongs to the guild window and nowhere else.

I completely agree with the OP. I wish I could vote up your post multiple times.

Having multiple alts at lvl 80, I’m already having a hard time gearing them all in exotics (some of them have up to 4 or 5 complete sets of armor/trinkets/weapons) and I play them all in WvW.

The per-character WvW Rank is already putting me at a little disavantage (the stacking buff), and I know for sure that I will probably never have a fully ascended character…

I bought this game because of the advertised “GW1 logic” and I already feel a little betrayed when I see the price of a full exotic armor.

In my opinion WvW should have been tied up to sPvP from start, but now it is too late.

I have played the “Healway” build for a few weeks now, and I would like to alternate with a more damage oriented build. I have seen people in game dealing very good damage while maintaining good survivability, but I’m having a hard time building something similar (my guardian is not my main character). All the dps builds I end up with are definitely too squishy.

I have already searched the forum and tried 25/10/30/0/5 and 10/30/30/0/0. These builds look very popular but it seems that I cannot play them well ^^’.

Could someone more experienced that I am give me some advice or direct me to a more adapted build?

As the title imply, I have a preference for roaming and solo play.

2) New ways to acquire stuff that do not rely on PvE or Timegating (I’m looking at you, laurels)
3) Anti zerg measures

I have just tried to link a specific item (won’t tell which one publicly) in guild chat, and at that exact moment all my guild members (including me) crashed simultaneously.

I already have reported the bug in game.

Of course, I didn’t try to reproduce it and I surely won’t exploit it in any way! Do I have to pm someone to give additional details?
