I stopped playing MMORPGs because I hated incompetent developers who couldn’t fix stuff whenever problems arise. After 5 years of not playing any MMORPGs a friend convinced me that GW2 and Anet was different. But apparently he’s wrong…
I’ve only had this game for less than a month and I’ve played more than 20 days without having this problem. Then all of a sudden, since yesterday, I kept getting disconnected and seeing this error message like every 3 minutes – making GW2 unplayable for me.
I see that a lot of people here had been having this problem for more than 4 months now and I don’t see any explanations nor solutions from Anet in this part of the forums…
I am NOT willing to wait months for Anet to fix this problem in order for me to play again.
I demand a refund.
I also only started having this error since yesterday. Disconnect every 3 minutes or so, couldn’t even do my daily. If I knew Anet couldn’t fix an error a lot of customers where having more than 3 months ago, I wouldn’t have bought this game.
I only got this game like 21 days ago. Is it possible for me to get a refund? I really enjoy this game, but this error makes it unplayable for me and knowing that the staff can’t fix problems they’ve known about for a long time really puts me off.
I tried a lot of stuff thinking the problem was on my side or my ISP but as it turns out, I have the same symptoms as these people and Anet hasn’t posted a response as to why it happens nor any solutions here, which is infuriating.
I don’t wanna invest more time in a game where support is incompetent when problems arise and I surely don’t feel I’ve got good value for this yet as I only started 21 days ago.
I demand a refund.
