Is this something that a low level can make use of? Or its just for high lvl ones?!

Wont be so scared to enter the main quests anymore. It was getting a bit boring walk around looking for events to level up >_>

Just to make it clear, where I get this lv 10 gear?
Its my first character ( mesmer), and I use all itens from quests/drops >_>

Do I have to follow them?
I get a bit scared for some reason to go onto a quest that says that the recommended lv is 14 when I am 12 X.X

I am totally new to the game, and have playing with mesmer for a while. I am loving him, and after looking some builds and guides I thought about doing Condition Mesmer.
Yet, after looking others guides, I realized some people said it isnt good, because its not a reliable damage (You need a bit of luck with your 1 skill on Staff seens like).
Is it good? For a newb player overall, can I manage to do it?
Oh, good to mention I am doing my char to PvP :p
