Ok, it’s been 7 days now what is going on? I received an email Monday stating that my problem had been resolved which it wasn’t. They had reset my password but not un-banned me for being hacked (real world money reason). I thought ok, maybe that was a mistake. I replied to the email and posted here, and added to the existing list on a certain post for those who are having troubles.
All I am saying is 7 days is a long time especially when they said that all tickets from 8/31 had been fixed. Mine has NOT been fixed.

I did that and it’s been 4 days since then…
They reset my password and said that they restored my account but they only reset my password. My account was hacked on Friday and I received an email today stating that my account was back in good order. Got home and could log in but still banned. The email was from Verminthrax

I have the same issue. I was excited when I saw the email at work. Got home and am now crushed

I had my account hacked last Friday morning and my account banned right after. I submitted a ticket right away and received an email today stating that they had reset my password and my account has been restored.
It has not. I still receive the ban message “Your Guild Wars 2 account has been terminated for engaging in or assisting with gold or item sales for real-world money, which is a breach of the User Agreement and Rules of Conduct. This action is permanent”.
So they did not restore my account. I have opened a second ticket because I do not see anywhere that I can re-open the previous ticket.

It has been 5 days and I was overjoyed at work today knowing that when I got home I could play for a bit. I am feeling rather crushed that nothing was resolved.
Is there anyway we could expediate this ticket since the wrong action was taken?
