I think one of the biggest things that makes DS too strong is that condi’s can’t even by applied above the threshold.

I suggest making DS pulse 1 second of resistance every second (or more?) on the ele while he/she is inflicted with a condition.

I believe this to be a good middle ground between both sides.

Not a bad suggestion, but 1s pulses is too short, cause then u cant boon strip the resistance cause its constantly refreshing. They would be even stronger against condis then. But I think you have the right idea. I think it should just be like 5s of resistance every 5s. So you have time to boon rip before the next application hits

Will the decay system work correctly , or will it reset people back the the rank they were as soon as they play a game win or lose?

they really should just remove the panels from the side nodes, and I could see it as a good map. still allows meta builds to win then, while allowing some knockoff builds to contest the actual hammer and have a chance of trying to push people off the edge (which is a bit more challenging than stealth pull on to glass, and lets others position themselves easier from those builds). Also they should allow you to evade hammer shots. Just my 2 cents

Blu isnt bad at shoutcasting, but countless makes a huge point in that you dont ever hear any skills being called out that were used to make a play. Its just “he is taking damage, now he is taking damage, now he is in the downstate” so on and so forth. The game can get very cluttered, but you dont need to call out everything. Just call out what was actually done in order to kill the other players. Have some insight of the game like you actually know whats going on. There is never anything said about what skills players are using in order to make kitten happen which is just boring. Blu is by no means bad. Just stuff to improve on. Not just Blu, but the other casters as well

That bug has been like that for Incendiary Power, Dhumfire, sun spirit, and even the dodge roll heals for guards are increased alot whenever you are in the mists for a long time now

I agree with red. This is nothing that isnt already in Tpvp right now, and conquest gives even more tactics to bring to a match by having to do more than just win a small group fight

Ya the population is what makes the matchmaking rough sometime, and that will always be the problem with any matchmaking system until the pop. grows.

As for the people who solo Q in team Q, idk what more I can say besides there is solo Q for a reason.

They aren’t changing that anytime soon. Besides, once they do, there will be different more meaningful things to work towards. (Hopefully -_-). They already said that they are going to start streaming monthly to give players a heads up about what is soon to come

@Lordrosicky – Thanks for the write-up. I agree with a lot of what you’re saying, and I know the team does as well. If we can get a relatively positive post out of you I know we’re moving in the right direction.

We’re not happy with how leaderboard decay works currently, and we’re going to fix that. However, instead of fixing decay specifically – we want to fix the entire leaderboard system. I hate to say this, but we’ll be able to talk more about our plans for the New Year soon. One update at a time!

Can a dev answer the decay issue?

Will this change include fixing decay? Decay should be permanent. There should be no reason that someone can come back after a month and play a match, Win or Lose, and jump back to top of the LBs.

Honestly, I think Eles and Engis need to be minorly tweaked but not nerfed. Example: Only have 1 might duration rune instead of 3. The reason that hgh is so strong. Anet has said they want to make a variety of viable builds, but as of lately, they have been destroying multiple builds (100 blades, 100 nades). Nerfing the stronger classes is not the way to go, but instead give every other class bump ups so that they can compete.

This could be one of the most laughable posts I have seen in a while. Plz dont clutter the forums with this Kheops. TY

Hello! For those who don’t know, my in game characters are (Quilja, Turtle Force, and Synopsis). My main is Turtle Force, a r52 Guard that is looking to create a team along with my friend Apprehend/Snake Rain (r51 thief). We are aiming to be a top tier team and hope to get our names out there. If any of this interests you, the qualifications are down below.

Qualifications:
1. Please be above rank 40. You can argue that rank doesn’t matter, but the higher ranked, the more experience you should have that way we don’t have to micro manage everything little thing your doing.
2. Be on most nights so that we can have team practices and improve on team synergy. Meeting times are not determined yet, but we are planning on starting around 8pm pacific. (gmt)
3. Willing to take criticism and willing to improve accordingly in order to make the team more solid. While at the same time, willing to give input on topics or problems that we may have.
4. Being very vocal during matches.
5. Have actual tournament exp. Not being high ranked from being a HJ Hero

If everything looks fine to you, please send Apprehend or I a PM for possible tryouts. We are looking for a Ele, Engi/Ranger, and Mesmer to start off. (willing to be flexible according to group wide opinions on the comp).
