The boosters work in wvw, yes, but it’s not something a casual can pick up and start pwning in wvw. The strenght booster allows you to do “5 % more damage to monsters”, it doesnt say that until you actually use it and you hover over buff. So you will do 5 % more damage to npc’s / random mobs in wvw. So the armor and rejuvenating booster are the only useful ones. And it’s not really pay to win, instead of someone doing 1 k damage to you, he will do 950 damage if you have an active armor booster, who cares. Rejuvenation can be good tho, but i would never spend that kind of gold to heal 100 hp extra.

Yo yo, Don’t know if you already found a guild or not, but there’s a swedish guild on the Far Shiverpeaks server. They are called Ruthless. I’m not in that guild myself, so i can’t give you much information about them, but i looked up their website = ruthless.se. Good luck

I like how you brag about killing 1 of us and sitting on her body. Must have been a proud moment for you, since you bother to mention it. Not everything in this game is about gvg, and i really don’t understand why you feel the need to post the same thing over and over. Just let it go already :P

Besides, ive been in plenty of gvg’s before joining XxX, i don’t feel the need to prove anything to anyone. Neither does anyone else in the guild. We fight, we have fun. But perhaps we will have a gvg someday, and if we do, it would be against a guild we respect. So if you really want us to gvg, you are doing it the wrong way

You do realize he is mentioning the portal bomb over and over to clearify the number talk, and not as an “in your face” type of thing? :P It’s mentioned cause you can’t really see it in the video, and it looked like some of the people had already respawned when you see the portal location in the video. But it really does not matter, it’s just a small discussion about numbers.

lol, not this spying thing again. Did nobody in that matchup actually read what we wrote? A guy from that guild started whispering us after a fight, about random kitten, and what was being said about us on their ts. Nem later called him our “spy”. But in reality, it was someone who wanted to brag and tell us how much their leader disliked us :P

I see the forum wars are going strong But, let’s try to end the war on the forum and keep the fights in wvw. Here’s our point of view. XxX joins EB yesterday, among the first things to happen is us getting killed by SLAY and MM running together against us. You then throw siege and spam emotes. Someone from SLAY starts whispering us about random kitten.

Later you come on the forum and talk about respect? Bit weird in my opinion. After those events, perhaps you understand why we reacted the way we did Anyway, hope we can stop the forum wars, have fun and good luck in the mu!

Hehe don’t think fsp will go up to gold, we still have hours with few people online. That might not show during this week tho since we got all out fair weather players. But it showed when we were up against Desolation and Gandara. But i agree with you Luthan, and i hope you guys on Underworld get an awesome matchup next week, you deserve it! Well ofc a small group can defeat a much bigger group, and yes 15 can beat 50, FURY has some great vids where around 20 of them wipe the Abbadon blob. In fact, most wvw guilds has videos where they defeat bigger groups. But, these are pug groups, and aZm is not a pug group. If you can link some videos of small guilds wiping much bigger guild groups, i would love to watch them. And i’m not trolling now, i actually really enjoy watching that kind of video. And yes, it has to be “good” guild groups they wipe, not achievement hunters who made their way to wvw from pve ^^

For the record, i’m not flaming. Just a friendly conversation Btw, any aZm know if Lisomorphe stopped playing? She was a member of aZm months ago at least, but not seen her around lately.

Kinda funny to hear you say that, saw some aZm running with another guild yesterday, we dragged you to ruins for a fight, killed 2-3 and then you just ran. Seems tp spawn works for you too We usually run with less than 20, meet us with that number and we will fight you an entire night And yes i know, last time you responded that fighting bigger forces is part of wvw, that’s true. But that does not mean we will charge in with 15 in much bigger groups all night, just so you can get some loot. But you seem like the kind of guy who will just repeat your last post over and over, so i’m going to stop my rant here

I’m not going to have a discussion about this, so i will say this and then not respond anymore, since it really doesnt matter in the end. We were around 16-20 on fsp bl (had people in queue so numbers change) and according to what i heard you were 31. Do you really want to fight 16-20 with over 30 people? We both know how such a fight would end. Sometimes we charge into bigger guild groups without second thoughts, and sometimes we don’t feel like being easy loot.

Worth adding is also that our border was looking better and battlemarkers were harder to find. So when a battlemarker pops up, all guilds usually rush that way to check it out. Have fun this week, take care

XxX didn’t have any event today so me and few others did some roaming. Ended up stalking the df guild from miller’s. Hope you liked my moa morphs You guys were the only fun to be had in wvw at the time. You seem like nice guys tho, respect to you for keeping up the action. Dude, you are a big guild running with the EB blob. It has nothing to do with “same numbers” and you won’t get any challenge running like that, unless we also get a big guild running in our blob. If you want challenge, run alone against other guilds, if you want loot and easy wins, keep doing what you do

Been quite a while since we last ended our raid early, but today was just so boring so we ended 1-2 hours earlier. If people want to hold hands to get objectives, fine. Sometimes we all want to take an objective and blobbing is sometimes needed. But pls, don’t hold hands during open field fights, what’s the point? You won’t learn anything from it.

I’m not calling out everyone we met tonight so don’t be offended if you had few pugs on you, that’s not what i’m talking about. Anyway, these are my own opinions and i’m not a representative of my guild. I just want more good fights, even if we lose they can still be good. But the handholding this week has been so boring. And again, i’m talking about open field, not taking objectives.

In XxX we always start our events running alone. But since the league started, we have found very few enemies running in smaller groups. More than often we just find blobs trying to get objectives. Same on all servers i guess. And we have insane queue’s, so we have to pick a border long before our event starts. Last few days we went homeborder = defending. Don’t expect us to defend our keeps or towers with just our group if the enemy has a blob on our doorstep. Not going to lose objectives that other people have upgraded, just because you want us to run alone.

And besides, i clearly remember aZm saying in the last matchup “if you don’t want to fight bigger groups, you don’t belong in wvw”

My personal opinion is that it’s wrong to have NA guilds in mid-tier EU servers. I remember reading posts about Americans not wanting EU guilds in anything but tier 1, and it’s basically the same thing here. It’s just not balanced at all. And don’t think you are doing Fort Ranik any favors, yes i’m sure they are happy now for having a chance to win, but winning means going up. If FSP can hold around 400 points during daytime, imagine what gold league servers would do.

In any case, you have all paid for this game and are free to do as you wish. I won’t cry about losing due to nightcap, as long as i get fights during daytime Hope everyone can enjoy this first season, see you on the battlefield!

I like aZm, remember fighting you several months ago and having gvg’s against you when i was in DW and FSV. But, at that time you did run alone. Now you come to the forum and call us out for not wanting to fight you + pugs? We fought you 2-3 times and would have fought you even more, if you ran alone. We don’t mind a challenge, but it was pointless. So i don’t understand why you get all kitten for us leaving to see if we could find groups that ran close to our size

Funny how people spend so much time discussing these things, peeps really seem to care a lot about other guilds/players opinions I’m entertained so i can’t complain! And yes, i totally agree, sieging is boring and goes faster with a blob. But people will complain about it, just as i’m sure members from the fsp guilds have complained about Abbadon or other servers doing it to them. I was on FSP for about 1 year, and i’m glad FSP i doing better now, but i can’t help feeling there are some hypocrites who in the past complained about certain things and are now doing it themselves.

Anyway, play however you like, you paid for the game too. Final note about siegeing, if you don’t like it, don’t do it. XxX rarely takes objectives, unless there is nothing else to do, but we have fun anyway

Hehe, it is true that fsv, punk and kale were in the same border. FSV did run alone for the most part tho. We met up with the others at some point when they needed supply and on another occasion we just happened to run to the same place when we were going for supply. FSV took hills from Elona while punk and kale were fighting elona in bay.

But we were there to try to take stuff from Elona, punish them a bit So i’m sorry if you thought it was blobby, but sometimes people actually want to take stuff from the enemies. But again, FSV was roaming alone for 90 % of the time and looking for fights / taking towers alone.

Hehe, i was part of that and just have to say, we started taking stuff back from Gandara around 4 in the morning. You had our entire bl. So you are saying it’s normal to stay up to 4 and cap everything but not after that? And to the Underworld guy, we were 2 people who started building Omega golems in home bl and then some people joined us to cap it back. We peaked at around 7 players or so. Underworld had a blob to nightcap, that’s why we were complaining when fighting you

I rarely use the forums, probably won’t say anything more this matchup, so i’ll take this opportunity to thank Kodash and Gandara for the fights this week. We may have lost and sometimes it’s frustrating, but in the end, i really don’t care if we lose. We have had some good fights and that’s all that matters. Cheers

I would not mind at all if Blacktide and Whiteside were to team up against us (FSP). It’s just my opinion, but i would be delighted to see Whiteside and Blacktide running side by side :P Both servers has really good fighters who never give up, so it’s sad to see that we (FSP) are winning just because of our numbers. We have good guilds who want challenges, so again, i would not mind you teaming up against us. Hope everyone in this matchup can have some fun this week, take care.
