I think so! I could make a video of you’d like, although currently I am at work!
While I myself am planning a charr revenant (thank you for the animations, I’m very pleased), it’d be interesting to see the asura animations, yes. Will watch this thread with great anticipation.
Hope your work day goes well.
I thought one could only make a human currently? How do we make a charr (or anything else)?
From the looks of things, this was captured in the Ascalon fractal, where you’re forced into charr form whether you’re a charr or not.
Interestingly, it’s considered a transform, and other transform effects (like, say, necro Death Shroud) usually revert you temporarily to your normal form. Embrace the Darkness is apparently a buff with a fancy particle effect, rather than a transform. I like it.
EDIT: incidentally, if one takes a revenant to the Thaumanova fractal, one could also see the asura revenant animations, yes? Worth investigating…
In starter zones, when your HP reaches a certain percentage, this arrow drops down as a hint to new players that they have a heal skill and should use it. This is especially pertinent because new characters no longer start with down state—run out of HP at an early enough level, and you immediately die.
Needless to say, it’s not working as intended. It shouldn’t show up for high level characters at all. If you end combat without using that heal skill, either by running away or by killing the mobs attacking you, the arrow persists and won’t go away until you view a loading screen. It also prevents ESC from opening the game menu, though you can still do so by clicking on the gear in the upper corner.
TL;DR it’s a “feature” of the NPE that isn’t working quite right.

EDIT: fixed ambiguous phrasing.

Thank you very much for your help, Aidyn! I felt like I might be looking in the wrong place.
This is quite possibly liable to get me shot, I suppose, but having been away from the game for a while and finally coming back only to find that the rest of my guild has fallen away, I want to branch out and try something different, and by different I mean a roleplaying guild. I’ve given thought to my characters before, and there were some members of the old guild who weren’t averse to playing in-character from time to time, but I’d like to go for the whole shebang if I can.
I’ve got five characters, but probably only two would enter the guild at first.
I’ve seen such guilds about in-game but have never had the courage to speak to any of them. More’s the pity, I suppose.
I’m centered on Henge of Denravi, but my understanding is that the megaserver will more or less take care of that if the guild is centered on another US server.
