quite literally add it to the kitten legendary vendor or to the vendor right next to the rabbitthingy. Come on its not hard to add an itemid to some vendor for a bit of karma or so. Write some lore how its a donation idc.
They don’t understand robin. They crawl into anets kitten , because they enjoy their game and go full defense force on this.
It is not ok to have a bug like this in the game for 2 weeks. You bait people with new legendaries and havent even tested the way to aquire it.
Assuming you got all materials available (like on a test server which mirrors the way the live server does) you should have been able to let one person test the collections within one workday.
The reason Nevermore alone had 2 bugs in their collection shows, that people who actually want nevermore are unpaid playtesters.
I have contacted the support regarding the additional items and have been told that I have bought the wrong version. However I explicitly clicked on the edition which did list things like the HoT glider and so on.
Are you working on distributing the missing items or has support been told to just not send them out?
So I got a reply from support and they said they have resent the confirmationmail with the serial code. However it is the same bad serial code as before… At least some sort of response.
Update: After replying to the mail the support has sent me a serial code which worked, however no bonus items were included, so I have sent another mail back. At least those things can wait.
Players that did this will not be actioned, as this farm was an unintended (but inevitable) side effect of the Obsidian Sanctum map. This “farming” was not an exploit, or against our Rules of Conduct. Our rules of conduct very specifically define what would be considered a violation:
“While participating in Plaver-vs-Player (PvP) gameplay, you will not participate in any form of match manipulation. Match manipulation is defined as any action taken to fix or manipulate the outcome of a match or alter or manipulate the rankings or ratings of the ladder. This also includes disrupting other people’s game experience by not actively participating in matches in good faith, a.k.a leeching.”
Since Obsidian Sanctum does not impact the WvW results, “kill trading” is not against the rules for this map or mode, and thus this rule is not applicable. However, macroing/botting this would be (I’m watching you!).
This situation is very similar to a situation found in PvE where players continually fail an event to farm monsters. While not in the best interest of community and gameplay, the game itself lends itself to interpretation of what is allowed because of how event chains are setup.
Obviously when you put 3 server spawn points so close to each other, things are going to happen.

Offcial confirmation to continue the farm. More people are getting this title, wish I could have gotten a better experience with it by playing towards it for 2 years.
ticket #121012-001916 is 3 days old without any real solution. I updated it after the copy and pasted message, which told me it would be a 3 day suspension. After 72 hours it still shows the attached error message, that they detected an unauthorized individual.
I am mad as hell to be honest, at least tell me how long a suspension is or what is going on with my account. Tell me that you work on something, just something…
3 Days ago my account got suspended and even though I do not know what exactly caused it I were told that the suspension would be 3 days long via ticket. The error message ever since is attached. There was an in game message, but I did not take a look what was written in it. edit: There are no other connections besides my own ip, which tried to log in.
I am worried sick that my account got hacked and I thought it would be due to inappropriate chat as suggested in mentioned ticket. So what is going on with my account?
I already submitted a ticket with the Reference #121015-001031 about this, what could it be?
