So they i wrote the order number (9337152062) to get my password and this is what shows up: The order number was not found.
So i need to buy again the game cuz this order was not even counted or w8 more than one day lose the sale and kill myself ?
GW2 didn’t say anything to me about my order and i dind’t even receive and email order confirmation, just nothing!

To me it says that the order was cancelled although i did nothing and the order was confirmed before it just got cancelled on its own and apart from that i checked my paysafecards balance and nothing zero balance i tried sending e mails to check it out but still no reply

Yep exactly and even though the one says it got cancelled both paysafe cards are empty

That’s why I don’t know if i buy the game again or wait for their response, more than one day waiting and nothing and the sale ends 17:30GMT, i’m affraid even with my invoice and order complete prints with the date (24/01/2015) they will charge me the real game price! Gaile Grail send me a pm saying that he was reporting my case and nothing, and this was 10 hours ago when paleon get his key 2 hours after Gaile said the same thing to him… I’m assuming they just don’t like me at all!

Still no response from either digital river or Anet we are talking about money here i am not some rich kid and i want an answer i dont want my money going to waste

I don’t think Anet will let it slide that easily. There seem to be a real lot of people with issues similar to ours whether they are posting about it or not.

For the people from other countries that are not listed, just change the country when you’re filling the information. I am also from Greece and bought the game last night using paysafecard by changing my country from Greece to France(which is listed). It may give a message that the address you are using was not found but there’s a button to move on without changing it. From what i understand you only need to use a country for the buying part, i can’t find an option on my account that says i’m from France or anything. So just try this and see what happens

I’m also from Greece and unfortunately whatever country i put in it doesn’t work (even if i put countries from the list). Any help?

Same problem persists here. Tried France, Germany, Great Britain and Austria.
What’s upsetting is that my credit cards can’t authorize payment either and I know I’ve used them before to buy gems and the like so they should work fine.

I, too, am from Greece and although Anaktas is right about paysafe always being an option, I have also tried to use a credit card and still get an “Payment Authorization Failed” error, which is… confusing at best.
I have checked my balance to be sure I have enough money for the purchase, of course, and I have opened a ticket some 12 hours ago with no answer.

(Made a mistake with the quoting and two comments were made apparently.)

Gaile what about the paysafe card payment issue?

Here is what I learned. These are the only countries in which the PaySafe Card is a valid:

Germany
Spain
France
Great Britain
Austria
Belgium
Finland
Italy
Netherlands

If you attempted a purchase from within these countries using the PaySafe Card, your order should process properly. If you are outside these countries, the order will not process and we suggest that you try again using an alternative purchase method.

Goodmorning Anet. Greece among other countries always had a paysafe option on gem store and as a buy method. Suddenly this happens out of the blue and I have friends without paypal account or credit card that actually bought their 10€ paysafe for this game and struggling with Payment Authorisation Failed error, and now…. now you announce this? 10 hours from the offer to be over leaving less than a couple of hours for them to do anything after work, Suppose they are able to do anything…

What all these people are supposed to do now Anet?
