As I said before. You won’t walk, LoS. strafe, dodge roll or any other /coolstorybro move when you are slapped down and stunned. The Cds on signets to break those are long. No one shows up to every fight with those up and ready to go. No one said the necro provided the stunt-lots of classes have access to those. (this is a a sPvP scenario btw)

The point is the damage output for a spammable is f’ing kittened. Obviously no necro is going to use this in non favorable conditions. GW2 pvp is an intricate blend of skill, builds, creativity, and reactions time. Monkey dumping 7k every .75 seconds is none of those. If you’ll notice in the OP ss that’s over 34k damage in about 3.75 seconds or 9k dps. Enough to two-shot 75% of the DPS oriented population in 1.5 seconds, given the right circumstances such as most anyone else’s KD or stun timer.

Don’t you mean 6-7k that cannot be blocked,blinded,reflected,destroyed while feared of stunned

Huh? Sure it’s a cooldown like rampage, but 6-7k as a spammable. Nasty!

In large WvW battles, although my frame rate is fine, the sound completely drops out.
I’ve tried a number of settings for sound with the two sliders, but it still happens.
Is there an ideal setting to work around this issue? It’s pretty much a game breaker.

Is this a RAM issue? Will more RAM help?
Is this another “CPU bound” issue

I find it odd that our of all the MMO/PvP games I play many of them in high resolution with over 100 characters on screen this is the only game that has the sound drop.

Confirmed-
Bought a copy in the household hours ago and cannot create new characters. My account (over a year old), can log in with old characters fine-but it cannot create new characters either.

Sounds like the character database server is having hardware or connectivity issues.
