Guild Wars 2

I’ve been playing a lot of gw2 and for some reason have always avoided the necromancer class. As a a result, when I finally managed to acquire 80 tomes, I figured I might as well instalevel a necro.

Due to very limited gameplay, I have no idea what build is good and whatnot. Im mostly looking for a build thats versatile I guess. Since I have no dedicated condition-class, Im looking for it in the necro. A condi-build that would fit small-scale WvW but also in taking down monsters in SW. Any suggestion would be helpful

Extremely curious as to how a condition warrior works, especially with dual swords. Could anyone share a light on how to build gear and trait-wise?

In what way? Does summoning a spirit count as a shout?

Spirit builds are pretty fun too, but I’ve found that they’re pretty meh in a 1v1, or am I wrong? It feels to me like they’re more of a teamsupport build, or have I built it wrong?

You guys were completely right. I’ve tried out the trap line with renewed belief, and it works so much better. The tankiness I was looking i’ll never get with a ranger anyways, so I tried out some condi-stacks and it worked wonders. being able to throw traps was also pretty gamebreaking for me.

Hey, Im currently looking for a bunker/trapper build on a ranger.

Im currently running 5/0/30/30, basically boosting my defence, and ignoring the trap specs on the marksman line, since I want to be tanky. Yet im really squishy and cant seem to bunker at all.
Im running shortbow + axe/WH
Any suggestions?

Im new to warrior and just hit 80. Whats the most common builds nowadays?

So sorry if this is a common question or if this has popped up, but I’m really confused as to whether this new feature pack will cost me money or not? It seems to not have brought up at all. is this just a big patch, or will it require me to like any other expansion pack pay in cash?

Hey! I just hit 80 with my ranger, and i’m curious as to what runes are good. I’m currently running a combination of PTV and berzerker, suggestions?

I have 98% map completion, but I can’t for the love of god finish those kitten wvw maps. Any tips or anything I could do that will make it easier for me as an elementalist? .____.

I’ve been playing with Longbow/GS for some time, but then realized it’s not the optimal weapon of choice im looking for.

What’s your input on this, and do you have any other suggestion for the weapons a DPS-ranger should have?
