As the title says, I accidentally got rid of my infusion I worked hard for,

I think It happened when I stat changed my armor with the infusion still on, but I can’t say for sure.

Anyway I submitted a ticket over a week ago and I still haven’t had a reply.

Is there any hope for me seeing my infusion again?

Many of you may disagree but I feel that this is necessary in this alterholic game we play.

I wish to unlink my google authentication, I’m using the same google account but on a new devise because my old devise broke. So I’ve got the authentication app on my new device but the codes generated don’t work with my GW2 account but I can’t unlink my old device without generating two codes but seen as I don’t have my old device I don’t see how this is possible =/ I feel like I’m missing some with really obvious and probably am.

I recently went back and played GW1 because i had 29 titles on my main and thought I might aswell go for gwamm seen as I was so close. So i finished my last title but to my dismay It didn’t cross over to my GW2 account =/ even though ive connected the accounts for HoM.

Am I missing something?

I’ve played the Guild Wars Franchise for at least 7 years now and I’ve always had the up most admiration for Anet and it’s support for its fans.
Now I just got hacked for the second time, this time I am forced change my email linked to my account. It took me since beta to get my account to where it was with all my characters armor and all my laurels/karma stock piled. Only to have it rinsed by some spiteful person. I’m begging for an account reset, I’ve invested far too much of my own money to just accept that you can’t reset me. It would cost me far too much to buy all the transmutation charges to get back all my favorite armor combos I grew to love.
This really means a lot to me and I hope you can find a why to help me out.

My trading post hasn’t loaded all week. I put it down to the maintenance at first but now that everyone else is working and mine still is not loading I’m getting a bit restless.
Any advice?

Hey, in the early stages of the game I was under the impression that once I bought town clothes I could delete it and get another copy from the BLTP, no idea where I thought that up.

But anyway you guys kindly gave out these cool beta/headstart caps with the 2 logo on them, which was very awesome of you.

And its only just dawned on my today that I cant find my hat and must of deleted it thinking I could get a new one easily from the BLTP.

Is this a lost cause or am I right in asking if there is anything anet can do for me?

I moved over to NA from EU server and now when I click enter dungeon it doesn’t do anything which is getting really annoying now

As per, brilliant response from a brilliant support officer.

I recently got an email saying that gw2 have made a new password card thingy, and it took me to the gw2 site, or something ridiculously similar and i put my serial code in and all that, then quickly realised by the URL that it wasn’t them, now someone has my serial code.. so im guessing im pretty screwed now…

I’ve got a authenticater and changed my pw and so have my email account. But I still get the feeling this doesn’t help me now..

I cant remember my ticket numberr =/
but I managed to get hacked an loose everything!
It’s been 3days now and im getting worried I’ll never see my mystic clovers again

Still no reply from anet getting worried.

I’ve begun to work on Alts while I wait and was wondering if when my account gets reset if I will loose the lvls i have gained? If anyone knows the answer that would be awesome!

Thanks for your support all, it has given me a glimmer of hope.

That screenshot is me with my Shield I bought from the gem store with my own money and he merch’d that so cruel.

I was full emerged into this game, I’d recently achieved my 77 clovers and gift of mastery and was really happy with my progression towards my twilight, I had nice super weapons which I loved, ascended items and was saving up laurels.

And as of this morning there is NOTHING, My account is pretty much empty.

I hope hackers burn in hell and I also hope Anet has some power to return my items

If not I doubt I’ll play again due to how angry I am about it all right now.

Could not agree more and I think Anet should take into consideration the effort some skilled players put in to achieve these levels in fractals, especially the giant level! and reward them as such.
Rather than give them blues and greens while everyone is walking into a map just as Jormag is about to die to grab their precursor.
