Guild Wars 2

I pretty much run everything on High except shadows. I run shadows on Med and reflections on “Terrain and Sky.”
On the bottom setting I have everything on except Vertical Sync.

All of my drivers are updated, system stays cool, and no viruses. I really don’t know what the problem is….

Ever since the Fractals update I have been getting FPS drops like crazy. I figured maybe it was because of the flow of people in Lions Arch, so I ignored it. Then Wintersday came and it got even worse. Again, I ignored it… but NOW I continue to have FPS drops.
I used to run at like 50-70 FPS on High settings without any trouble at all, but now it goes down to 17-20 FPS.

I have asked a lot of my friends to help me out, but they can’t seem to figure out why. A lot of people tell me that my computer is a little over kill for this game so it should run fine. I can run all my other games just fine, nice and smooth. But GW2 doesn’t want to cooperate with me.

Radeon HD 7970 graphics card
16 GB RAM
850W power

If someone could please help me out, it would be much appreciated.

Yeah, I agree. I was soooo excited when I saw it, so I bought it. But no “pop” noise….

So I see the Pop Gun at the Gift Exchange NPC and I’m like. “HOLY S%$&*@!” It looked so amazing, so I did what any pop gun loving person would do and bought it.
I AM SO DISAPPOINTED! It doesn’t even make a “pop” noise…
I mean the slingshot makes it’s own personal noise when it fires, so why doesn’t the pop gun make a noise? Ugh, my soul is crushed…

So I started playing an Asura Engineer and I really really liked Zojja’s shirt, I mean the robotic arm looks awesome! We really should be able to transmute skins between armor types, I think it would add a lot more customization. If there is another post about this let me know (I couldn’t find one .__.).

I mean just look how cool this would look on an Engi!!!! vvv

When you preview any kind of Sylvari weapon the crystallized parts do not show.
For example, the Tier 3 Cultural Sword only shows the hilt and the blade is invisible.

I wrote a similar post for being able to refund dungeon tokens. Yesterday I miss-clicked and purchased the wrong type of dungeon armor. People always say “take responsibility for your actions” blah blah, yeah I get that, but being able to refund tokens or karma should be a given. We already have a game mechanic that enables us to refund items we sell, so why not this? It can’t harm the game in any way shape or form. It does actually take time and I hope that there will be some sort of system like this because I know for a fact that this happens a lot. We get over excited and miss-click.

Sooner or later people need to take responsibility for their actions.

Being given race changes, class changes, refunds, etc stops that happening. So people continue to act without thinking and expecting the devs to save them.

I totally get what you’re saying, but it’s not like these things happen on purpose. Besides I can’t see how being able to refund your tokens can harm the game in any way. I don’t mind that I made a mistake, it happens. But it just got me thinking, there’s a buy back system for sold items, why not Dungeon Tokens too?

It’s late night, I’m running some dungeons, I’m extremely tired, and something frustrating happens…
I went to buy some pieces of Twilight Arbor armor (leggings and boots), I accidently miss-clicked, and purchased medium armor. This is bad because I am a HEAVY user…
There needs to be a system where you can refund your dungeon armor pieces back into the same amount of tokens that you bought them for. (Kind of like the buy back system for NPCs) Because I know for a fact that I’m not the only person who has ever miss-clicked and purchased the wrong piece(s).
