Hello all.

I’m leveling my Mesmer (She’s 68) and I’m trying to go through all of the zones to get 100% on the maps. I just finished Lornar’s Pass and was looking for the next zone to go to and thought I would check out Woodland Cascades, but it seems to be no entryway.

Guessing this is for a future expansion or patch?

For now I suppose I’ll go to Dredgehaunt Cliffs as it’s 40-50.

Hi all.

My Mesmer is level 32 (Almost 33) and I feel completely lost on her. It’s been years since I’ve played her (I got the game at launch but quit a while after due to RL)

All I know is she’s using a greatsword. I don’t know anything about the new systems in the game. From what I remember when I quit, things were pretty basic.

So, the Training I don’t really understand yet. And also there seems to be a Specializations pane now in the Builds menu..

Just looking for some advice on how to proceed on her, or if it’s best to just start a new Mesmer.

I came back to the game not to long ago, and I’ve found that playing my 32 Mesmer, I feel completely lost in her build, abilities, and even what zones to go to on her. Right now I’m just doing low level zones that weren’t 100%.

Since she’s only 32, should I just make another Mesmer so I don’t feel as lost?

Thanks =). I figured he would want to start fresh and help choose the realm instead of being forced onto one I played back years ago. I may see if he doesn’t mind being on the one I’m on and just create a new character with him.

I may be returning to the game, and I have only one character (32 mesmer). My friend may be joining me, and I’m considering deleting the mesmer to start fresh. My question is what happens to the account bound items (if she has any) that she has? Would I be able to choose a new world?

Hi! I just returned to the game and when I did I deleted a few characters I didn’t think I’d play or had anything on them (I completely forgot about the Costume slot!)

One of them, my Norn Elementalist, had the witches costume from Halloween. And the Asura I had (I believe she was an engineer) had dragon minis that had been sent to my account for having it (I forgot exactly how the mail they came with read)

I’m just wondering if they could be restored in any way. Figured it couldn’t hurt to ask.

Sadly I do not remember their names (I think the norns last name was Crystalstar or something to that effect)

Thanks for the responses. Are there any particular stats I should be aiming for (Like Power or Precision and such)

I’ve narrowed it down between Guardian, Mesmer and Necromancer, I found I enjoy all three but not sure which to go for first =D.

Hi, I have some Basic Transmutation Stones and I am trying to transmute the item I am wearing to one I was wearing.

The one I am wearing is Precise Country Coat (34 Defense +7 precision)
I want it to look like Mighty Embroidered Coat (32 Defense +6 power)

When I use the stone and drag the items in the boxes the button does not light up =(

I made my first Charr today, and fell in love with her, though I’m not to sure about the profession (ranger).

What Profession best suits them?

What armor type looks best on them? Heavy, Medium, Light.

So I can buy the Armor Skin, in this case the Profane since it’s the only one I can use, and use it on my current armor, and use Transmutation Stones to apply it to other armors as well?

Do I need to keep my current armor that I first applied the skin to in order to do this? Sorry, I’ve never bought Armor skins before =)

So, I purchased Gems for the first time today, and I wanted to purchase an Amor Skin for my Necromancer, my question is it a one time use? Or will I be able to use it when I get new pieces of armor?

So, I’ve played many of the professions, there are a couple I haven’t touched yet.

But I’m wondering what you guys think are the most and least played professions?

Myself I hardly see any Engineers or Necromancers.

I see a lot of Rangers, Elementalists, Mesmers.

Happy to say I found a guild =), I thank those who were interested =D

I have five slots, which consist of

Level 6 Elementalist
Level 11 Thief
Level 20 Necromancer
Level 30 Mesmer
Level 2 Engineer

The Thief I seem to be dieing a lot on, as well as my Mesmer =(

Also I may play my Elementalist instead…though I’ll play any profession you need

Hm, maybe Elementalist then? Or Engineer.

I do not mind moving server, though I will admit I am quiet shy (actually very shy)

Hi! I play a Thief (Just made her actually, and I enjoy her) and I just came back to the game from RL issues, I play on Dragonbrand currently but it seems deserted and I cannot find a guild there =(.

I am looking for a friendly guild focused on PvE, though I don’t mind trying WvW…I’m not that great at PvP though. I want a friendly, social guild.

I got my Mesmer to level 30 and started feeling really burnt out with her, as well as dieing a ton. I see a lot of people suggesting Warriors. Are they an overplayed class? Same for Elementalist.

I am looking at Thiefs and they seen interesting

So, I’m getting back into the game (had a lot of RL stuff going on)

I want a class that does a lot of damage…as I have only played Healers in previous MMOS I play / played. This time around I want to do damage and lots of it =D.

Any suggestions? Right now I play a Mesmer and to be honest I’m not very good with her =/
