I thought this thread was gonna tell me how to turn my ranger char into a legendary weapon instead.

I was under the impression they stacked but capped at 33%. not sure on overflow canceling speed decreasers though. Wiki says its some of the traits that can stack if that helps.

I use a xbox controller myself so don’t really get to use grenades at all. I really wish there was an option to simply make ground target either cast at your targets feet or your own feet depending on the skill. Could use it if you wanted to or not if you don’t.
