Mine doesn’t use shouts or signets except i use signet of speed in WvW and somtimes PvE to get around faster for faster map completion!

I love my Ranger. Beserker/Scholar Ranger
My Ranger Can DPS down any distanced target with my longbow quite quickly.
^due to this following zergs you can lend a Giant hand to allies as well as small hitman groups that you can create.
I can jump Super long distances with my Great sword though not as far a a warrior it is still a nice escape.
I Enjoy the Easy<—-SUPERIOR leveling ability compared to other classes at all levels.
Low dieing rates high farming rates with pets such as polar bear and short bow combo…
^boring grind as usual but a 5 year old could do it
High Ability to Farm and Grab points in PvE due to the targeting of your pet/moves that make them attack pet.
The Ability to run through PvE with complete ease making farming items easy.
Dungeons are hard but maybe they are suggesting Spirit builds in dungeons to increase all dmg of all Heros in party. Might run 30 vitil/30 power/ 10 percision build for spirits in dungeons and use beserker scholar still.
I see lots of chances in which we are capable of damage outside of SPvP.
In SPvP i think we have to hold our breathe because i think we have a strong power presence in a more so ZERGING team where as a team that splits up and moves solo become weaker because we cannot sustain long enough to grant ourselves the kills which may be our fault.
But as I said I LOVE MY Ranger!
I use 30 power 30 prec 10 vitil pure beserker armor and build aka slots and then a awesome scholar set to DPS down any target that gets into my range.
I know I am not super pro so I cannot set the standard for what needs changes! anyways and unless you are we really cannot say much! soo GET DOWN AND GRROOOOVY WITH YOUR AMAZING RANGER! have you said I love you to your ranger today! i have! If your interested in hanging out in WvW with other rangers to running SPvP i am down! we can do a 5 man ranger team if u want We can try the Zerging send me a Add and i will happily help you in any way i can! <3 love out to all!

New build For structured PvP. Condition/Pet Damage ranger
6 in Rune of the Undead
shamans amulet and jewel
10 in skirmishing-pet prowess
30 in beastmastery-speed training-rending attacks-nature’s healing
30 in toughness-shared anguish-hide in plain sight-bark skin
extra spells-Sick em-signet of the wild——3rd one i am torn between signet of renewel and either getting sharpening or spiked trap.
your ultimate should be roots or rampage as one-your preference the pet will benifit from you immobilizing them or will benifit from the fury-might-swiftness.
sword-dagger—-on either u can put either but i would use doom and geomancy since your moving in close-increase some tics as soon as you start fighting.
axe-warhorn—-on axe using sigil of hydromancy. and warhorn Sigil of energy for more roll dodges——this is to put some distance and to move around more freely in battle
This build should give great survivability and great strengths to the Ranger in PvP. I can’t record my playing this build but i have had alot of fun playing it and I hope you will too!

Ugh if anyone else didn’t fail to notice there is 1 Charr pic in here! does the gear for charr just look crummy for rangers or what… i have been searching the net for some good skins for my ranger and all i come up with are things that look no where as good as human skins…

By the way I designed this build because I got tired of faceing off against High toughness players that just faceroll crit builds. and then facing against high condition removal builds like necros that will just throw it back in your face and you kill yourself in both scenarios right! well i was hoping that you and the pet could dps out a good chunk of actually physical damage and you could throw some dots on top as well as ever crit your pet has throws a additional bleed i mean it could take out any buiild just over a lil longer period as well as havin the innate toughness and regen to outlast your opponeent. thats my thoughts on it at least

you still take condition damage… i am not sure about treb’s but u still take trap damage because it is condition damage. I am pretty sure though trebs still hit u through it….

They should of made better variety and have different pigs have different f2’s Such as:
I’d rather the warthog have charge. The pig should have a mud roll ability where they can evade attacks. Maybe even a squeel to stun the enemy.
The Pigs

i will have to say that pigs are the most useless pet, the forage ability is “neat” but in a movement oriented game the pig may drop something for me but i have moved way to far to grab it or what not, id prefer an attack or a buff thats useful…personally i wish i could use my jelly fish on land. the heals it has are awesome and its F2 is just pure beauty

Lol that’ll be funny as hell to watch. LAND JELLYFISH! or they can give as a land octopus and it’ll be like invasion of mini cthulhus
^ these posts are exactly right there needs to be land jelly fish in replacement of pigs… all kidding aside a land jelly fish that didnt even move and could be used as a paralyzation MINE would be more useful to me then the pig also i think the idea of pick’n me up a Jelly fish and throwin it down like a trap quite amusing if anyone else would think so as well!

YAY i can’t wait.. All my friends told me to roll another class so I can help more in SPvP after patch! I can’t wait to see the changes! You can spoil it for me
