Looks like I was struck so hard I ended up stuck in…well…the terrain? It was as if an invisible wall had popped up. I couldn’t hit people, and they couldn’t hit me (although I DID end up dying to a necro’s marks later).
Edit: Happened on 2016-11-01 at 10:49 PM Central time in the Eternal Battlegrounds.

Just in one fight, I downed one guy four times but his buddies kept rezzing him. Please, oh please give us the equivalent of a stomp for underwater combat.
My burst skill is still going off by itself, also, even when I’m just spamming 1. Which is really annoying when I depend on it landing to remove my conditions. :/

What about increasing the PPK for outnumbered as well for the roamers? Would be a nice bonus when I try to pick off zerg stragglers.
My friends and I were all seeing different numbers on the timer last night, ranging from 0 to 6 minutes.
I tried to rezz people while out of combat, but every time I tried to “Revive” I’d suddenly end up in combat mode.
I’ve walked away to get OOC again and attempted to revive, but it’d put me back in combat the moment I’d press “F”. No enemy around, combat log free of damage, and other people able to rezz.
This would happen randomly, as well. Most of the time, I’d be able to successfully rezz. It’s happened yesterday and today, so I doubt it has to do with the Skirmish patch.
Not sure if this is related to the patch, but WvW got really laggy after the patch. My fellow WvWers and I have been getting a 3 second delay on skills with everyone rubberbanding all over the place.
So. Much. Rubberbanding.
It’s making it rather difficult to land hits when you think you’re about to land a skill and then the enemy jumps to an entirely different location. The entire fight. Even when they’re in the downed state, they rubberband.
You have all your server’s commanders and your partner servers’ commanders on your friend list for when you need to send out the SOS. (And they respond!)
You’re ecstatic to find a real-time stream of the enemy zerg movement on twitch which leaves you free to scout the third server’s movements
I had this issue too! Shiverpeaks Explorer said for the longest time I was missing a location, but I still got the achievement when I finished the Central Tyria map completion.
I’m having a similar problem with Shield 4. It removes immobilize but it doesn’t actually leap forward, which…doesn’t really help.
Or even a log of names of people who pull the tactivators would help with determining trolls.
I had selected a cannon and was facing it, but the hammer ended up fixing the treb behind me. The random, AoE repairing is useless, to say the least.
Also, I thought it odd that I could use one hammer to make multiple trips to and from the supply depot.
This is happening with my gs 5 too. It sends me backwards or sideways or every direction BUT to the target. .__.
I’ve noticed that sometimes my greatsword 5 will rush me in a completely different direction from my target.
If I’m lucky, it’ll send me past my target. Or next to my target. If I’m not lucky, I’ll end up veering to the side or even in the opposite direction to somewhere behind me. [RIP that one time it sent me off a cliff.] Yes, I have my opponent targeted. No, I haven’t noticed this in PvE mainly because I’m usually in WvW. And I do not recall what skills I have been doing before this happens.
Also, my shield 4 has been acting funny too. I’ll notice it removes immobilize but it doesn’t do the leap at times. Even if I have no conditions on me, the shield won’t close the gap. I am not sure if that’s a matter with latency/lag, though, as it seems many people are having issues with their skills not going off.
Anyone else having this issue?
The dolyaks have been super buggy since yesterday.
Sometimes I’ll see a dolyak moving along the road, but I won’t be able to interact with it [ghost dolyak!]. And the mini map will show the dolyak in a different location.
Other times, a dolyak would spawn from nowhere. Literally just crawl out of the ground in the middle of the road like some sort of demented hell-spawn dolyak and go on its merry way.

Yes, please! This would be even better if commanders could toggle a setting to let the tag be visible to the map (for pugmanders) or only to those in squad (guild/havoc/those wanting to avoid tag-watchers).
Another nice QoL feature would be to have the ability to change tag colors while in squad. If I wanted to change colors right now, I’d have to leave the squad, change the color, then rejoin the squad. Also, more colors please!
