1. Queues are being formed when actual players on the server are below what the cap is supposed to be. ie, if the cap is 166, queues are forming when there are 40 people on the map.

this is whats happening.. we aint getting nearly the population cap into the maps anymore. doing headcounts, asking everyone to do a /map 1 and count them, repeatedly get us in the 30-40 range as the max.. this is after repeated atempts to count our players.
and there is a 3h+ queue to the map for (and 5 mins for some…)
they lowered the map population to ~ 50. thereby fixing culling so there wont be more than 20-30 at any given time in any zerg.
thats my impression.
if dev cants debug their code lets help them.. currently outmanned and a 3h+ queue for most people, thou some get in after 5mins?!?. and there are less than 30 people on the entire map.
rollcalls and headcounts repeatedly dont get us past 30. and no they aint hiding in jp / pve corners.

just me or is queues little nuts this week and in general maps looks lightly populated?
sounds plausible to me… after reset the numbers looked good but today its absolutely horrible with massive queued on all maps.
map queue : > 1h.
when finally in, had three countoff’s from everyone there to help identify how many was in map over a period of 45mins using both voice and map chat.
never got above 35 on any of the tallies.
its seems closer to 130 ppl combined for all maps than an individual map cap this week.
it happens.
Just gets to be a little tiresome for hours nonstop.
i actually like the despawning siege. requires you to actually pay attention to your defensive positions, but
any chance we can get to keep ALL the siege thru a reset? .right now all balista goes poof, but arrow carts and trebs stay on the map…. why be so cruel to the balista’s!
Great fighting tonight. t1 is finally fun as it can be.
kudos to BG arriving ready to fight for first, and not just playing for 2nd.

Grenades don't work when throwing at people on destructible walls?

yup. this is already being used against engineers in wrw. you hear the comment all the time now ’build the siege on the destructable wall". meaning that way granades cannot hurt ppl or the siege at all and only rain spells can touch the area.
since most keeps have destructable walls near to ramps/ doors that still give excellent firing position and protection from granades mostly just restort to keeping people away from the door (defensive) or away from the edges(offensive).
siege is only touchable if players make a mistake.
