Guild Wars 2

Started HOT prologue, completed. Got through the second part “Torn from the Sky.” During this phase, a yellow message appeard that “a new build is available.” As soon as the stage ended I exited the instance and the client rebooted, applying the update. When I returned, I am now on story stage “Establishing a Foothold.” But I never obtained a waypoint for Verdant Brink and the portal to it from Silverwastes has a red line through it. Doing the events in Silverwastes does not seem to ever open the portal. I am stuck and cannot get over to Verdant Brink and cannot continue my story.

I have just hit level 80 on a couple of characters. I play humans and Norns only. My question is, if I were to purchase a set of cultural armor does it behave like other pieces and unlock the skin accountwide? Also, let’s say I have two characters in the priory, buy one set and unlock the skins, it would be available only to my other characters of the same order correct?

I am really hoping these are not soulbound. Any clarification would be appreciated. Thank you.
