Guild Wars 2

Its working for me now. I updated windows, and when i started playing again it was working normally. Obviously, i cannot say for sure that updating windows did it, could just have been timing. But i was able to buy and create listings. Cheers.

Just 3 or so days ago, i used the trading post to buy bags and a couple of minis and such. But now whenever i try to buy or create a buy request, it just gets stuck for a bit before giving me a:
“The game client is unable to gain access to the log-in server at this time. This is most commonly caused by firewall or router settings, security applications, or connecting through a campus network. for additional support, please visit our support page”.

Nothing about my internet has changed. I don’t know what is going on. Any help would be appreciated.

So, having bought the game when it was relesead for the price asked. I now have to spend another 50 euros on this game, even though what i originally bought is now free?

The only thing i supposedly get is an armor set? Or is there something else?

Shouldn’t we get a better pricing on the campaign or something?

Experience: Several years of GW1 playing competitive GvG and some HA(for fun). Also played several other MMOs like AoC, WoW and L2. Often play other competitive games such as CS.

In terms of Guild wars 2, the experience is a bit lacking. When i first started out i played a bit on my own, then i joined a guild (CC) in where i actually played with you for a few days, mainly winging warrior and ranger. But at the time i ended up finding the pvp area of the game(the only one i play) to be very slow, with bad balancing and a lack of a proper reward system or proper goal to shoot for.

After reading about the new patch and their future prospects with a proper Ladder system i decided that it was a good time to come back and actually dedicate myself to the game. My friend seffur came with me and he should write an apply under this post.

About You: I am currently finishing high school on my own, via home studies. Being that i move around on my own schedule. And can play pretty much when i feel like it and end up playing more than what might be healthy. I have been playing with the guild Zeus lately, wich is your general purpose PvP guild. They are a good guild to find people to play with, but they seem to lack a fixed team and that high end motivation.

Also, i kinda come packed with Seffur since we are real life friends and we are both on a very free schedule.

Hey guys. I remember a while back i could queu up with 2-3 people and i would find other randoms.

Did they change this? I am playing with only 1 friend and it seems like i can only solo queu (1 person max) or team queu (5 people necessary).

Is hot join the only way to play with odd numbers now?

The Reward system of that race is awful tough. I have gotten better rewards at 4th place then 1st. I see no point in making an effort anymore, and me being so competitive this makes me not wanna keep racing.

I have gotten 6 crystals at like 3rd place and i get 6 crystals at 1st place!

+ item wich is always in the same scale of meh

When it is ready

I know that, i played guild wars 1. I was just asking if someone has successfully made a dwarf looking character by messing with the char customization. If its doable.

I know there isn’t a dwarf race, but maybe it is possible to do a dwarf looking fellow in guild wars 2 with the norn or human or so. Making him small and fat and messing with his face.

Anyone have tried to do this yet? did it work? :P

So, is the dungeon where you collect toy parts for any level or are lowbies that just joined the game gonna get a middle finger like with crafting the snowflakes (not sure what you craft with them, anyone does? )
Hope we get like boosted to level 80 while inside or something :S

By the way, other than these 2 things gratz arenanet on the event, am loving it and you did an amazing job

I am currently in Piken Square, and there is barely any people doing spvp in here.. WvW is pretty populated but spvp theres barely half a dozen people in mists.
Was wondering what is a really good and populated server when it comes to spvp in europe so i can transfer.

A christmas hat, 500 gems and a minipet

So, i just bought guild wars 2, i had my eye on it for years now (long guild wars 1 player) but i had the misfortune of not being able to use a computer for a few months.

Was waiting for a christmas discount, so i guess this is as good as it will get.

So… anyone got a picture of said hat? Just out of curiosity xP.

Feel free to also give me game tips or recommend me EU servers to play on, maybe even if you have a guild wink wink.
