Hey there,

after talking to the trading post NPC on our borderlands map yesterday I got a gw2.exe crash. Since then I can’t even get back to the password type-in screen.
When I try to start GW2 it freezes at the point shown in the attached screen. It’s still possible to load updates and I already tried -repair a few times. Nothing helped.

Since the game is still able to load updates I don’t think that a reinstallation will solve the problem since the crash bug might just happen again.

Any idea/help?

While true, I believe some people have had success contacting support about this. (I haven’t tried myself.)

True, the support randomly helped people with this issue and others not.
Hoped I might receive better help from them here. :P

I’m missing the skin of the “Mad Memories” back item in my wardrobe. I still own the “Mad Memories complete edition” and got it unlocked but not the non-fiery normal version that was needed to create the complete one.
How can I get/unlock it? Did all required achievements/quests on Halloween 2012.

This is like getting a pair of socks as birthday present. A pair that doesn’t even fit you.

I have the “Mad Memories Complete Edition” back item skin unlocked in my wardrobe but not the “Mad Memories” skin that was needed to create the complete edition.

The “Introducing the Wardrobe” page clearly says:

If you have an item that has gone through skin progression, like a legendary weapon or one of the Spinal Blade backpacks from the “Escape from Lion’s Arch” and “Battle for Lion’s Arch” releases, you will unlock all of the skins in that direct line of progression. That means that if you made Twilight, you will have access to both the Twilight and Dusk skins across your entire account. If you’ve created the Dynamic Tempered Spinal Blades, you’ll unlock that skin and all previous Spinal Blade skins.

Shouldn’t that count for the mad memories skins aswell?
