You need two of the SAME legendarys!
2x Meteorlogicus or 2x Sunrise but not 1x Meteorlogicus or 1x Sunrise.

The first tier recipe for Spark is bugged.
The recipe says you can learn it for Artifcier (450), Huntsman (450) and Weaponsmith (450) where only Weaponsmith makes any sence, since daggers are crafted by weaponsmiths. Also if you learn it you still cannot craft the first tier spark with Huntsman or Artificer.

Edit: img-embedding doesn’t seem to work with .jpg

I downloaded it completely but I got the same error. Also: everyone with the error either has an AMD or Intel graphics card :p

Same problem for me and I am from EU (Gandara). I can’t play the game at the moment and just login for the daily reward.
My ping also has a minimum of 300+ and often spikes to 3000+ since the 23th June 2015
