I have messed with many keybindings, but resetting them didn’t help. I want to be able to zoom while holding the right mouse button.

Just moving the camera. I can’t move the camera and zoom.

This is the most embarassing thing ever, but I CAN’T stop trying to scroll in and out (mouse wheel) while having right-click heald down to mouselook. Does anyone know how to fix this? /beg!

And so far, my video card has had no temperature increases out of normal. What else could this possibly be?

Freshly updated, s whatever the current auto-detect for AMD is. I don’t believe my pc is overheating, but I’ll see if i can make it crash with this program up

Mah GPU is a AMD Radeon HD 7770-

Basically, I built the computer, played on it a week or two, moved to Germany, and didn’t get it unpacked until recently(about a year after the move.)

When I unpacked it, I did a full format, put on…..basics, really. LoL, GW2, D3, DirectX 11, Chrome, kitten NFO Viewer, and that’d pretty much it besides drivers that shipped with the components. (And a updated video card driver).

I’m not sure where I would see error reports. both my screens blacken, then I have to reset to start the vidcard up again.

Ok, I’ve been having this issue for a while. I have a custom built PC, but I made it and let it sit for about a year, so returning parts are not an option.

Symptoms:

My video card shuts off whenever I start Shadow Behemoth, Great plains Wurm, Frozen Maw, or Fire Elemental. Not every time, but 8/10.

It happens out in the world occasionally, but that’s only happened 2 or 3 times.

I have a fresh install of windows, I updated my AMD Profiles so anti-aliasing is controlled by applications, and I’ve lowered GFX settings in-game to see if it was an overheating issue.

Can anyone help me here? I’d be sad if this is a permanent thing.

This seems to have gotten in another direction, but I suppose the main thing I was looking for is openworld PVE- can Guardians take down veterans easily? what weapons should I use for that- hammer, I assume, and…? Dunno.

It seems like guardians would have more trouble soloing, without damage(in pve) Is that true?

Also, is there a way to increase my movespeed? like, besides “retreat”

Thank you J, I feel much better about my guard now :P Can you link a leveling build? I’ve seen a few, but they aren’t explained, or don’t make sense. I put five in the bottom two traits

So from those posts, Guardians just aren’t as viable as warriors?

Brand new player looking for a newbie-friendly guild(I’m on Boralis Pass)

I like PvE, although I;m interested in PvP, and I’m playing a guard or warrior on my first playthrough. Any guilds that can help me with any questions and stuff?

I’m just starting GW2, and I can’t decide between a guard and a warrior for my first character. I love them both. Any suggestions?

And one more question- are there any abilities I should aim for first? (like 5 points in valor or arms?)

That’s pretty darn cool. Do I have to be on your server to join, or does GW2 allow cross-server things? (Totally new)

Are there any leveling build guides that you guys can recommend for guardian? I think I’m mostly using Hammer/GS, if that’s relevant.

Hello, I’m just starting- I have a 11 Warrior, an a 16 Guardian, and I can’t ecide which to level. I have already decided on a 5 signet build for the warrior(if I level him), but I’m not sure what to use as a simple leveling build for my guard. Any suggestions? (And, what 2 weapon sets are best?)
