It’s really bad that some people in FA have to result to Spying to track our movements and activities on maps. <—- Not trolling, not BSing. We have had spies from FA in SBI Teamspeak and our own Teamspeak tonight. But, there is not much around it. Sucks that the few FA that are doing it to get an upper hand at whatever situation. Hope you FA’s out there can get a grip on those people, doubt you can but do your best. If this is happening to us, I’m pretty sure it has or will happen to other servers.

But honestly last week was the lowest turn out I’ve seen since the Mag and SoR matches. My take is this: harder fights deterred the fair weathers and even some of the guilded peeps after Monday. Because I can guarantee had their not been a 2v1 and we were doing PvD all week there would have been hoards there doing the same crappy stuff they’ve been doing all season.. spawn camping, emoting, kitten etc.

You do realize your population was inflated by people who couldn’t handle losing on the servers they transferred off of… why would they be able to cope with losing on their new server? SBI got a lot of peeps from DH who wanted to jump ship when the “month of PvE” happened- queen’s pavillion, scarlet events… people weren’t showing up to WvW any more as we were playing some tough servers and no one likes defending. I remember asking for help in my old guild which was one of those who transferred to SBI to defend our BL against BP and was greeted with a guild roster full of people PvEing and people laughing at me. When BP had two waypoints in our keeps I remember counting 30-some people online in that guild farming in PvE with a small handful in WvW helping out. “We play WvW to have fun, and we’re not having fun if we’re losing” was their attitude then and that’s the attitude you’ll get now. Enjoy.

Lol so what I’m assuming is that you are talking about Abyss. And if you think we have the same mentality as we did in DH, you are mistaken. Like you said we play to have fun, but Abyss is always out to fight through any type of adversity. We don’t quit even through a hard fight or a tough matchup. We persevere. That was the old Abyss you are speaking of back on DH. A lot has changed, a lot has improved. So if you want to talk about us Ash, talk about us as the present, not the past.

Yo Bro, I’m all good with kitten talking, but you and this obsession with Abyss, basically saying that we just can’t handle anything is beyond me. We bring the fights every night to have fun. I don’t think it’s a matter of SoR teaming up on purpose with one or the other servers, there is just 10,000 of them, so they are everywhere.

So this is the guild [Abys] that wanted SoR to pay for their transfer. From what I’ve seen it would not be a good investment.

So first off, I am the Guild Leader of Abyss and the rumors you have apparently heard that we wanted to transfer to SoR are false. I was spoken to on reset night about SoR paying for guild transfers and I wanted no part of that. Stormbluff Isle is where Abyss will resign for now on through this adversity.

Second, I guess from what you have seen was our small groups or roamers. Even so, they still put in work. But I suppose you haven’t been in your Borderlands (SoR) for the past 3 nights from 11 Est pm- 3 Est am. We have been wrecking all kinds of havoc and having all sorts of fun fighting you guys within your towers and Bay. When you guys start to outnumber us, we still do what we can to hold you off. We have been having a great time this match-up even dealing with either the outnumbered buff or just large group fights. Props to FEAR, TW, Hel, DIE, a couple IRON, and a few more guilds out there for putting up with us, wiping the floor with us and also giving us your loot bags. (Psssst I saw you out there Wrex, I know you are there!)

And Third, Us as Abyss will put forth our best effort in this match-up being either outnumbered or out skilled. So as long as you keep bringing the fights, we will be out there

The only guild that wiped 4 of us was the [XIII] guild, other than that, we had less people (maybe we have more necros than I thought). You also had Garrison with a spawn, while our spawn was 1,000 miles away.

Maybe we aren’t talking about the same fight? This was between NE tower and Garri, went on for probably close to 2 hours.

You mean the fight where a group of outnumbered randoms forced an “organized” guild group of 40+ back in to their tower cowering?

So you are laughing at the fact that we had a good 30 with us while you guys had 40+, probably nearing 50-55 that pushed us back into the tower after a good 10-15 minutes of fighting? Nice to see ya again DH. The old DH/HoD/GoM days are still some of my favorite WvW memories. Sorry to hear that you lost some guilds. We have lost quite a few ourselves so the ratio will probably be about the same.

AR, from my perspective, it looks like your rebuilding efforts are going well. Keep it up!

Dominated by 2-3 Large guilds, guild leaders having control issues/egos getting in the way of teamwork. On top of a PvE population that attacks enemy zergs like they’re farming karka. Doesn’t work against organized groups, leads to fail, leads to demoralization. No one takes the time to teach, only to criticize.

Throws 50 people in a gate, pugs don’t listen. Die. Cry. And leave. DH loses. Like this on all servers, right? Wrong. Great people, terrible WvW population and guild leaders. Namely two, three actually but he’s gone with [MoRt]

Losing [Abys] and [SE] was the best thing to happen to Darkhaven in a very long time. More specifically losing Leone Di Crybaby was the best thing to ever happen to that server.

Bllades are you really talking kitten about SE and Abyss? If I’m not correct, you left DH because you couldn’t handle the drama, too many egos, a lot which that you started. Then you went to HoD to have a better atmosphere, less drama, and whatnot. And that’s exactly what we did. And if you didn’t know already, SE and Abyss were a big part of the community in DH, but you wouldn’t know because you are on HoD so you are pulling lots of massive kitten out of your kitten . Lovely isn’t it?

So let me tell you this, if you want to begin talking kitten, speaking on subjects and information that you don’t know 100% of, you shouldn’t even speak upon it because you will only get shut down. So confusion struck me really hard today. BP did not have much of a presence in EB nor their own Borderlands as you can see. I left to go take back our Borderlands [DH] Garrison, and 5 minutes later, We lose SM? I drop commanding, go back to EB and 50+ BP are attacking our Keep? I mean what confusion!!! They didn’t have anyone in their BL with no keeps, had nothing but their keep in their lowlands in EB, but they decide to take SM and attempt to take Overlook.

These Colors are absolutely horrible. If there were to help the color blind people, why change colors on the icons? Change something else. The Blue blends in with the commander tag too much, just panning out by pressing M is just an eye sore now looking at all the maps. Turn down the brightness or something for these colors. Or just back to normal. Really bad change seriously.

Well it is suspicious that SBI hasn’t had their BL touched at all, and NSP is only barely being hit in theirs, yet a giant zerg is in our BL and NSP is taking our stuff in EB.

EDIT: also have two of our keeps NSP does. :/ I’m just saying, it’s suspicious. But it’s not like it hasn’t happened before. Balance of power and all, still we’re so far ahead it doesn’t really matter.

Yeah, we didn’t forge an alliance with NSP. We collect everyone’s bags and towers. SBI is much better server than Darkhaven or NSP. We do the most with the least guilds of any server on NA. Darkhaven only barely wins these matchups because of their absurd coverage after NA SBI starts going to sleep. [Abys] are professional PvD players, and only [SE] and [PD] actually know how to fight in the open field on Dumbhaven. The rest of your guilds, boy, they are embarrassing. I’d take my SBI puggers over Darkhaven guildies any day. You guys win by PvD and an abundance of guilds who specialize in it. When we have equal numbers we smash you guys.

Nice try defending Garrison on DH BL today, but as soon as we capped it [FG] showed how cowardly they are and just logged off , further proving my point that all but [SE] and [PD] are baddies. Everywhere we went on DH BL we took upgraded towers with abundance of defenders. What started out as a training run for my guild and it’s new players turned into an absolute romp and humiliation of Darkhaven. DH is nothing to be afraid of, they can’t defend their assets that have siege, waypoints, and the players to use them. They also can’t attack assets that have defenders, but get them in front of a tower or a keep with no defenders and boy, they are amazing.

My advice to Darkhaven baddies? Get into a guild who actually plays the game right, and let Prosecute from [SE] or the wise men of [PD] teach you how to play. If you want to learn some next-level ram placement in front of empty assets, join [Abys] or [BRL] – Baddies Rarely Learn.

I’m really enjoying the hate from this guy towards Abyss and BRL. Hmm you may see a chosen few of us Abyss 15 or so on during the day because most of us have work. Must be when you guys play because we come out when the night falls, I don’t see very many TE so to speak. So if you want to show your faces, by all means show them at night because when we take all of your borderlands there is no TE to be found. So speak lightly of Abyss when you try to talk negative things about us. Same goes for BRL. Instead, focus on how you as a gamer can get better, because I know we all can.

I saw Princess Snuffle in [DHE] today.

I saw her (?) in Melchor’s leap yesterday (though it may have been in a BL in wvw, now that I think about it. I played way too much yesterday). She had either Abyss or DHE tag, can’t remember which. She was the only one near the SE camp wp in the map, when I went there to do a PS mission. I’m 75% pretty sure it was Abyss, though. I remember cause its one of the three guilds I might eventually apply to if I get up the nerve to join a guild.

No. Princess Snuffle is not in Abyss. She may claim she has been, but she never has. She has been labeled that IOJ Spy because she was rolling with the guild name TEST, which is an IOJ guild. Apparently she claims to have gone to IOJ to guest in LA and join the TEST guild to troll. So, as me being one of the Officers of Abyss, I’m telling you that Snuffle will never have our guild name.

Well here it is, lots and lots of good fights tonight and into the weeeeee hours of the morning in HOD and AR borderlands. We managed to keep you AR on edge all night and it finally payed off for us. It was a hell of a battle and it took a ton of time but we finally did it! Also fortifying your Bay as well

Well, being so relentless in NSP borderlands tonight, We succeeded in Fortifying their Bay. And to celebrate it, we had to throw a little party. Of course, no party is fun without a Keg But i had to go to bed so I couldn’t see it get waypointed

Nice fights all night NSP. That hold at Bay for about an hour or so was so EPIC! You guys threw absolutely everything at us, but we held strong! Had you guys on the ropes infront of your Garrison. Us in DH had lots of fun, and I’m sure you guys did too!

Ill be looking forward to more of these fights in the future!

Had my bit of fun taking over SF Borderlands early in the morning, finishing off their Garrison with some Golems, but my question is, where did everyone go when we took it? You guys had roughly 30-35 people defending Hills, but when it came time for your Garrison it was vacant. We were all a bit confused.

But near the end of my night, i had to call it quits and made sure these golems stayed afloat.

Keep up the good work you two Servers, have been having a pleasant time fighting you both.

A tad bit late on this, but I would like to give KING and i believe i saw Cosa and a couple other guilds out there props. You guys stuck around and continued to attack Redlake in DH Borderlands for 2 and a half hours. I was commanding that whole thing, it was completely ridiculous! You guys just kept coming! There were a couple times where i didn’t believe we would of held it but we did. Once again, good job to you SF. It was a fun night indeed, I’m sure your people had fun because we know we did

Yo Ladies and Gents, how is it going? Just to comment on the “Numbers” complaints that have been going around, You all should stop in my opinion. Its completely pointless to complain about who has more numbers, the reasons why they have more numbers, Blah Blah Blah. Its a game, if you have more players on at one time than others, So be it. Why complain about it?

I, being a Darkhaven Commander have been outnumbered several different times against Both of you servers. But you don’t see me raging about it in the forums. Have a Bottle of Orange Soda, Drink up and just continue to enjoy the matchup at hand.

Well, good thing we have this Fight Night set up so we can see all the boss PVPers. Some are quiet, some are loud mouths, some are rude… but..

We will all be able to test our meddle against the duelists of each realm. I for one will be there to step up for DH pvpers. See you there!

Being able to win a 1v1 can have very little to do with your WvW prowess, especially if you run a confusion mesmer >.<.

Anyway, nope I won’t be able to make it there. I would stomp everyone easily though.

Just going to toss this out there…..WvW is about tactics and holding objectives. Not open field fights with even numbers. So the obsession with colors that Myro and many others have is just their way of showing you true “WvW prowess”.

That said, I do love me some good ’ole fashion brawls – big and small, I love them all.

No, WvW is not about tactics and holding objectives. It’s about the zerg. Pure and simple. Servers with more active people with more active hours win. Skill has little to do with anything. But that’s not the players fault, that would be the fault of the dev’s. They don’t have an easy job, but they volunteered for it. Let’s hope they bring more skill and less zerg to this mmo.

So what you are saying is that, if you are outmanned in a borderland, you must rely on Zergs to get things done? False. I suppose you don’t know what you can actually do with a 5 man coordinated team in a borderland. There are lots of books about tactics in war, maybe you should check them out at the library whenever you stop by.

Appreciate the insult to our entire server basically. But to ask if we have any good players would be an understatement, simply by looking at the score. I can name you just a couple guilds in DH that have great significance: Abyss, PD, RioT, BURN, SE, MERC, my guild MoRt and plenty more! When MoRt is on, be sure to take extra peeks at your BL, because your keeps and towers may not be the color you are hoping for

Insane fighting in AR Borderlands tonight. The fight at Bay lasting nearly two hours was epic. You guys put up a tough fight and nearly coming back and capping it when we left for a tower! Props for you guys sticking around! We all enjoyed those battles!

Have been noticing a lot of undesirable attitudes from players in DH since the transfer lockdown. Corpse dancing/jumping, whisper-taunting and name-calling. Thrice I’ve also allowed DH to pass me by peacefully in the JP, only to have them come back and try to hit me. Today was the last straw, when my entire team of five waved and bowed to a thief from DH from the [KILL] guild in the JP, allowing him passage to get his chest, only to have him go invis and attempt to down one of our guys.

What’s happened to your more civilized players, Darkhaven? I miss the early fights we had when you guys were a lot more courteous.

You can’t blame Darkhaven for having those types of people that do that in the jumping puzzle. If that was the case I could say the same thing for both Henge of Denravi and Gate of Madness players. Other Guilds and people have their own mindset of how they want to play in the jumping puzzle. If they want to kill, what exactly can you or myself do about it? “Nothing” would be the logical answer.

I’d like to give a shout out to that [ASH] Guild Commander Warrior. I saw you so many times and had great battles today, just could never 1v1 because we always had someone else around us lol. Nice work i would have to say. Kept us on our toes all night.

1 person tying up 10 people is pretty heroic. Yesterday we broke into Bay at Darkhaven and there was only 1 [Mort] guy defending the lord room and that’s the sorta guy I’d buy a beer for.

Well that’s what MoRt does! I know the RH Guild has seen that one Sylvari Elementalist from MoRt running around trying to defend at night. First I would like give mad props to her. Then once I get word of whats going on, the cavalry arrives!

To the players of Darkhaven- I enjoy playing against your server very much. The commanders you have in EB lay down the exact same strats everyday. Its amusing!
Great job in holding SM though, your response time is very good. Several times GoM has broken into SM only to have DH rush in from behind us with 3 times our own numbers, and its always been a fun fight!

First off, I would be so embarassed if I were HoD and GoM right now. I watched HoD and GoM zergs literally hold hands as they marched up to our keep, GoM pounding the outter and inner walls from Jerrifers. HoD hitting us from the north.

Not only did both of you get massacred and thrown out of the lowlands, neither one of you even with your combined efforts could take SM when 90% of our forces were in the lowlands holding our Keep.

I watched as HoD marched a 20 man zerg with 5-6 golems down the SM hallway to our lord room. Met with 4 ballistas and 10 very coordinated Darkhaven. Wiped. GoM came up right behind them, they went down too. HoD yet again comes in for a second time, wiped. Repaired the gate, and for another hour GoM and HoD zergs harassed the inner walls of SM to be pushed out.

“Don’t run down that hallway, you wouldn’t want to be mistaken for a GoM would you?” – Team chat.

I was there when we trebbed down lowland’s inner and outer walls from Jerrifers. That night had many, many great fights from all servers. Great job HoD for realizing our efforts and pushing the front end (We had hoped you guys would!) and great job DH for repelling us.
The commander at the time did not command our forces as they should have been commanded, and that’s the only reason you guys got to keep lowlands. Still, it was an amazing push for GoM, seeing as though I see DH knocking on Valley’s doors nearly every day, and you’ve gotten it like what? Once? Maybe twice?? And we’ve repelled you every other time.

Oh, and about this whole “holding hands” and “teaming up” thing, IT IS STRATEGY. That’s it. From what I know we have sent no spies and have not contacted any HoD commander in hopes of teaming against you. We don’t need to. We do just fine; we don’t dominate (due to numbers) and we don’t get ourselves crushed (due to great leadership and dedicated players). I think we all love our servers and I’m not trying to bash, these are simply the facts. And any GoM will agree with that.

To say that Darkhaven has only taken GOM’s Valley keep, once or twice would be a false statement. I take part the the carnage that would be taking over your keeps. Infact, my fellow Darkhaven players and i just took over your keep just about 20 minutes ago from this current post. And to say the least, we have taken it at LEAST 5 different times. Its possible you weren’t there for the other times. Don’t doubt the skill.

Hello, I am an officer in the Mortus Adventus [MoRt] Guild and I’m trying to obtain some recognition on the Last Online Function in the Guild Tab. I have had complaints from our Guild members as well as other different Guilds about how to check the last time each user has logged in. This function will be simply used to separate Active users from the Non-Active users. Is there any possible way that this can be incorporated into a future build?
