you can keep the offhand empty on your second weapon set and it will use your first set’s off hand.

TIL, thanks! I remember wondering why with one weapon I still had a full offhand but brushed it off and never put this together. Would work well for a S/D – D/D build as well.

That might be good, but if you get another dagger/offhand you could always put secondary sigils in it to make it much better like a sigil of corruption or sigil of energy etc

Healing power doesn’t really give good returns if you’re just using SoM. Only time I’d go heavy healing power as a thief is an actual support build concentrating on sharing venom leech, Shadow Refuge, etc.

Get over it. There aren’t any current alliances, or 2v1’s going on.
Many play for the fight. Which if playing for that, they all seem to be playing correctly, because each day there are very epic fights.

As for BG, their Oceanic/EU crews are very strong while TC/SoR’s are very weak or non existent. BG manages to easily hold 3 maps at all green (or 99% BG owned) while pushing and owning over 60% of a 4th WvW map.

Now it lasts apx 4-6hours like that. BG can field enough during the time zone SOR/TC lack coverage and can’t even get above 20-30 people into 1 map. Whereas BG can field apx 60-80(or more?) in 3 maps at the same time along with pushing a 4th map. (Now the player numbers are guesses. Not 100% correct.)

the caltrops it drops isnt like the caltrops you can manually use, or else that would be OP.

It’s pretty much the caltrop effect from where you were when you dodged

low level thief is easy till you get daggerstorm, then it’s just faceroll

1-40ish:

Step 1. Run around picking up 50 mobs
Step 2. Use Caltrops
Step 3. Spam Death Blossom
Step 4. Spam dodge (With traited to drop Caltrops)
Step 5. Collect loot

40+

Step 1. Gather mobs
Step 2. Use Caltrops
Step 3. Use Death Blossom until out of initiative
Step 4. Dagger Storm
Step 5. You’re level 80 with full exotics

I think someone plays a bit too much WoW

If you really want stealth to drop on damage, then make the game exactly like WoW where you have to target someone with all your non-target circle abilities

or else people will just be running around in shadow refuge swinging their kittenty glass cannon greatswords and knocking you out instantly.

And this game isnt WoW so tough luck.

Just curious because I ran into this almost exact setup from a guild, I was on Sanctum of Rall by the supply camp can’t remember what server it was I was fighting. I was running malice and I was landing just about everything I had on one person at a time. Not one time was I focused by all three that I recall.. I was also used Dagger storm and switched to DD right out of that to do death blossom, I was getting major health from this, I’m specced that way IMHO. The thing is I could not kill anyone, I think I downed one person, but had run away because you guys were aoeing over him. My only purpose was to distract that supply camp until I could get some help. This may not have been you guys but it sounds oddly familiar. Later two guardians and a ranger showed up, the ranger stayed way back, and I stealthed past the guardians and killed the ranger before the guardians turned around. The lowest I ever got was 50% health, one good burst could have got me. I only had two forms of stealth, I was maybe stealthed 30% of the time.

I am a bleed duration build, I got 20+ stacks on someone just about every time I engaged, and it wasn’t removed soon enough, you can’t let those things stack. It was just a situation where I was not dealt with the right way. It is not op I die easily to 2+ players on a regular bases if I do not run away.

That was me, you were fighting me then the other 3 came up behind after you beat me cause i had my bloodlust stacking items out (rifle warrior) then you just perm stealth killed the ranger and ran off lol

@Wtbingbongbadbeer, First, who ever did make up your name mate, for a semi dyslective person like me its torture to type lol <3. The stats in my build link is the sPvP stats, the defensive recomended stats in the guide is the minimum defensive stats before you start work hard on your dps. Reason I been so hard give my exact gear etc in recomendation is cause its due to change quite often. The guide and spec is under constant develop and I experement ALOT.

What I type in the guide thu is things that after hard and long testing I found as accurate best possible setup with the spec and gamestyle.

I’ve been running this build, sitting full zerkers with 1 piece knight 1 piece valk rune of air and sigil of fire
I sit back spamming gs1 at max range which does about 10k total damage if you add all 3 hits up then I just spam iZerk only and the Izerker is doing about 30k total damage through one attack sequence, i was wondering how this build would go if i had might stacks

Kai, how do I get the might stacks and maintain the duration for them with your build? I find it hard to keep the might stacks up

Oh just an update, i didnt really transmute, i put a skin on it and i didntk now it was the same as transmuting

Yeah but why wouldn’t they tell us it removes the precursor status, that’s kinda stupid

I’ve been reading the forums and I see people talking alot about the might stacking stuff

I’m fairly new to this game and I’m currently looking for a good PvE build, with either a staff or GS, (im level 80) How would I go a bout building?

Also as the topic name says how do I apply and maintain these might stacks as people say? I can manage about 9 then they fall off and it takes awhile to get them back

So does anyone know if this is a bug or if they can like revert my transmute?

Well as I said I’m new to the game so I had no idea, and I didn’t like the look of The Legend so I put the Christmas skin on it

Hey I just recently spent ALOT of gold on my precursor and obviously since im sorta new to this game (I got donations from my friends who’ve been playing longer then me) I didnt realise that if I transmuted it it would lose it’s precursor status?

Is this a bug? and if so is it possible I can get it reverted?

Think you can do a guide explaining each skill and synergies?
