Not 16, just 12. All have 100% map completed as well as personal story done and exotic’d out. (Only 2 fully ascended out but that’s good enough for me.)

I’m not doing completion anytime soon. Completionist inside me is dead…

- 12 Personal Story Completion (including Victory or Death, yes I completed the notoriously boring Arah story mode 12 times too!)

18 characters -> 18 × 100 %. Planned no further characters for the moment.

Rejoice folks. No dungeon runs. No daily rewards. No world boss chest. No jumping puzzle reward. No crafting timegated materials.

Really, I think they’ll offer No compensation as well. I expect they’ll just fix and say it’s too bad for all our time wasted. I don’t post on forums much, but this time this is too much. You gated all the rewards from contents behind time wall and now that wall is bugged and not lowered properly.

I would expect some form of band aid solution in the meantime but I don’t think they would give us any…so yeah, I wouldn’t hope for anything much after tomorrow’s reset.

Fine, if dev team does not have time for this fix, I wouldn’t have time for this game either.

Dear Ms. Gray
I believe you overlooked my post twice. My friend has been patiently waiting for 13 days now. While I understand there are many issues at your hand and lots of tickets to be reviewed. And this ticket is not even mine, but since he cannot signed in and you overlooked my post, I believe I have to make this 2nd post.

My friend’s ticket is 50328. He hasn’t got any support e-mail since 7th of November aside from automatic response.

Edit: NVM He just told me after I tell him to check the junk mail folder. He just found the folder and 13-days old e-mail.

WvW (World vs World) is a game mode where you will fight against 2 other servers. It’s kind of like open world PvP.

Your homeworld is where the world that you can WvW for and get the bonus from WvW. You can choose only one. If you wish to transfer, you have to pay the transfer fee in gems. You can still “guest” to another server to play PvE content though, but you can’t WvW for them. Says I choose Blackgate as my homeworld, I can guest and do event on Jade Quarry but I can’t enter WvW on Jade Quarry’s side.

As for what you should pick, it depends on your taste. If you’re into WvW, you might want to choose server that performs well in WvW. I’ll let others answer this question.

Same problem, I tried to join AC and then the game booted me out. I was confused til I found this thread, now I found out that both of my guesting tickets are used and I can’t join any instance on different servers anymore. They better fix this.

Yeah, that’s what puzzled me. I do not have that option and I never thought it’s possible to change it in the first place because only Support can do that. So I’m surprised he sent me a picture with that option available.

Please close this topic. It seems that the problem happened due to stupidity on my friend’s part. He can now login, the reason is because he drops one letter from his password when he tried to login. /facepalm But it seems that from picture he sent, you can change Account Name (Changing your Account Name will change your e-mail address on file, it says.) Anyway, thank you for help and attention out there.

Hello, I’m posting here just to confirm if my friend’s account has really been compromised. He just bought the game today during the sales and registered under the account name of philmmienaja.1789. Things seems fine until he saw a space that allow him to change e-mail. I suspected about this as a phishing as you can’t change account email in GW2 unless you contact support. Unsurprisingly, he now cannot login whether with old or new email. He already contacted support for help and hopefully, they can help him.

So I wonder if newly registered member who haven’t even create any character can really change their e-mail or was he just phished? I’m curious how could it have happened. It also troubles me a bit as he haven’t receive any confirmation e-mail when contact the support. (usually they’ll send you automatic response e-mail, but I got them when I used old support system, not sure about new one.)

This is my second account. I decided to come back after some absence to make an appeal. The ticket that I had my friend posted for me (130531-001982) is still remain unanswered in this thread and was closed in the support after inactivity, which I assume the support think is resolved.

My case has nothing to do with Metrica JP, but tampering and modifying the game? That’s a very vague reply that to this day I still have zero idea what it could be about.

Hello guys. This is my new account, made from a retail box key I intended to collect, but after my old account got terminated for ‘tampering’ with the game, I needed to use this one instead.

It has been a month long after my old account was terminated (its name was the same as this one although with different number). I don’t care if the name carries the stigma of the old one, but I’m sure I did nothing wrong. (My case # was 130531-001982 I asked my friend to post it on 3 days thread because my account can’t. But it was never answered, even Gaile seemed to skip it as she just answer to another case ignored mine completely.)

I’ve been very busy studying so after my appeal failed and I gave up upon seeing the template message sent to me that they’re so sure and confident about that decision to close my account for tampering with the game. (Is it botting or what? I don’t know what I could tamper with the game.) But after seeing this thread, I would like to come forward again and share the story. I agree with many people that the message ANet sent to me was very shocking and to be honest, rude. I admit I have low confidence and the message came across to me that I should just give up. Until now.

My friend told me not to bother, he told me that I should accept the fact that was a martyr who died along with the sinners just for ANet not to lose the face that they actively fight against the cheaters and along with it, killed innocents. But after I realized that I can appeal and should not just give up, especially after seeing this thread.

My case doesn’t have anything to do with Goemm or JP bugs. But the situation proved that there can be mistake so I came back and submitted new ticket 130704-001387 as the old one has been closed for inactivity. I just want to tell you guys that while I’m doing well in this account. (Despite that I don’t have much time to play with it as much as before.) If anyone who got wrongfully terminated and have their account back, please share the story. I became extremely pessimistic after seeing so many cases and I gave up early because of the ‘strong’ message ANet gave to convince me.

Keep up the good work ANet, I know you’re actively eliminating the cheaters for greater good, but don’t just leave the innocents lies dead. Not all are going to come back, especially when seeing those shocking messages. I’m sure you can relate to us more humanely rather than like say, robotic judge terminator. I’m still confident that I did nothing wrong, just check my old account activity logs.

PS. To those out there who got their account back, don’t just stay silent after you got account back and glad to be alive. Share the story! Many who have their account terminated due to false positivity gave up because they don’t see any hope (Like me). Especially after reading through the forums. Give them some hope that there are still justice in the world!
