I received a Mesmer’s Cache for map completion of VB, but it didn’t count towards the Horologicus achievement.

Honestly, I think we’re gonna need some more details about the team comps to be able to judge the situation.

Personally, I’ve been finding that it’s very difficult to deal with any sort of condi pressure. Was the enemy team doing anything to counter you along those lines?

There are a lot of bugs in the game and often times there are enough that we can’t get to all of them as fast as we would like. Duelist Discipline not applying to Pistol 4 didn’t get into my queue until after the cutoff date for changes to the 8/25 build. I’ve got it fixed for a future release though.

Does this mean that Temporal Curtain will also be fixed?

For PvP, try metabattle for builds. It will always have up to date builds with tips and pointers.

For PvE, level 20 is still pretty low so there’s not really much to build for. My advice to you would be to try out different things and see what works.

If I’m not mistaken, most mesmers trait for condi clear or rely on team support in some ways.

Things were changed in today’s update that have shifted the meta from what most people were using.

The rotations are similar and they can be learned easily enough by watching a good streamer or Youtube guide.

Are you saying that specifically against warriors with an elite signet it doesn’t work, or that in general it doesn’t?

For me, it works in general. I haven’t tested it against warriors with using the elite signet yet…

What are some tactics you have been thinking of using with your Mesmer for the upcoming Stronghold beta? This could be anything from team comp to builds, etc.

Personally, a very simple thing I plan to do is use my portal for quick supply runs for myself and my teammates.

A related question to think about is your role as a Mesmer in the match? Would you be better suited for defending your lord, or attacking theirs? Or perhaps something of both.
