i dont know if this is just coincidental but when I forced the process gw2.exe closed from Task manager I got in immediately on the next try…. probalby just luck.

This worked for me.

I bought the $50 bundle for gems. I was buying 4 character slots 3200 gems. That should of left me with 800 gems. On the last purchase I was charged 1600 gems and now I have 10 slots. I didn’t not double click it clearly said -1600. Please remove a slot and return me the 800 gems.

The email containing the serial key was also deleted. In the ticket we have provided what we think is the serial which we found from auto fill. If it is not the key we have also provided the last four card numbers used for purchase. Any assistance in this matter would be appreciated.

Similar situation. Still unresolved initial ticket was from 8/29. I received 3 emails about Chinese IPs after I was already banned.

Oh I meant nothing against you. Its just frustrating being forced out for a week. The only response I got in the first ticket was copy/paste and in no way shape or form read my actual ticket.

Please take the time to read my message and see the attached PDFs. I was banned for gold selling. If you check the 3 emails sent to me to authorize locations, you will see that they all three were from different cities in China. After doing that please unban my account.

If your account is blocked for a chat offense, the account is given a three-day suspension. If it is blocked for an offensive name, you will be required to rename the character name and, in most cases, will also be given a three-day suspension.

My original ticket is still there as well as the 2nd. Neither have been addressed. Sometime on the 28th I submitted a ticket about my home world being changed. At the time I thought this was just from leaving overflow and I transferred back and closed the ticket.
The next day I was going from one heart to the next and got DCed. Then upon attempting to log back in I was banned. I opened and updated this ticket. I attached PDFs to the receipt and registration emails I originally received. I also submitted a new ticket in the “proper” format on 9/2. Now I’m here.
